Update: Keith offered to fix the height and came back today with a great attitude and no additional charge. I'll be hiring him again for my other light fixtures and would highly recommend his services!

Keith came on time, I was at work and my partner was there to oversee the work I had requested. He completed the work in a timely manner and allowed time for pictures to be sent to me from my partner via phone in order to get feedback from me. When I saw the work done, I was satisfied although I instructed that the fixture should hang halfway above and below the height of the top of the door frame. It is slightly higher than I expected. I'm sure if I had been there, he would have received all A's.

Everything went extremely smoothly from start to finish.  We could not be happier with the quality, the price, and the attention to detail.  Keith showed up on-time and, when we met, it was obvious that he was highly experienced and knew his trade very well.  Unlike other electrical contractors with whom we had dealt, Keith was able to accurately estimate the job's price on-the-spot. 
(On that note, a different electrical contracting company in the Murrieta area, which we had used in the past and which is also on Angie's List with a surprising number of good reviews,  which we won't name here and which may or may not get a review from us, had estimated one price in-person and then doubled it in writing!  Then, when we tried to eliminate some items to fit with our budget, he said that this was bulk pricing and eliminating some items would not reduce the price, even though each service was individually priced!  So it was pretty much a take-it-or-leave-it attitude.  We don't deal with arrogant contractors who see a person's home and make assumptions about budget.)   Needless to say, Keith was a wonderful breath of fresh air. 
But back to this review...Despite Keith having the best price, the quality did not suffer in any way, shape or form.  We couldn't be more pleased with the quality workmanship and aesthetics of his portion of the project.  Keith also asked several questions throughout his three days here--how high did we want the outdoor switch on the post, how far from the wall did we want the light fixture outlets, etc.  He didn't just make assumptions, and he listened and followed through with what we told him. 
And when we were into the project, again unlike some other contractors with whom we've dealt, the price didn't change.  Keith encountered some unforeseen difficulties due to another trade's mistake, and yet he rolled with it and didn't charge us extra because it took him an additional three hours.  He also went above and beyond and painted our outlet covers for us without us even having to ask. 
Keith provides a very high level of service, he is extremely competent, has a high care level, and a great attitude.  All this for a fantastic price!  We will definitely be using Keith and his company again, and can wholeheartedly recommend him.  You will not be disappointed!

Replace light fixtures and ceiling fans, install motion sensor light
We had six units to be replaced which included two chandeliers, two ceiling fans, an outdoor motion light and a ceiling light.  We also had another exterior motion light that was installed in a new location.
Kevin showed up at my house to do an estimate. He looked at the situation and made some recommendations that were helpful. He left me a written estimate. When I accepted the estimate we agreed to when the work was done. He and his wife showed up to do the work. They were prompt, friendly, professional and cleaned up before they left. All the work was performed in about 4.5 hours. Everything works well and we are satisfied with the work.

We bought an unfinished home and had a contractor troubleshoot and install all the electrical work.  Unfortunately this person proved himself to be incompetent, so we hired Keith to fix the errors.  We needed a 40amp 220v outlet for our dual fuel oven, and wanted to know why the exterior motion detectors lights weren't working.  He quoted a reasonable price, and working with his assistant, they were professional, thorough, pleasant, and successfully corrected what we needed.  Our oven wasn't being delivered for a couple of months, so Keith said he would come back and install the outlet at no charge, which required a particular configuration.  Sure enough, when we were ready, Keith and his assistant came back and hooked up the oven. 
We are very happy with kbp Electric and will be using them for future work.

Wonderful.  This man is a true professional.  He came in advance and reviewed the work and gave us a bid.  He gave me a reasonable bid and we scheduled the time.  He required 2 days, but said that he would try to complete the work as soon as possible.  He completed all the work in one day and all of the rooms he worked on were left in good shape.  The drywalling was excellent-  The lights look like they were built with the house.  The original plan had the light placement in one room in an awkward spot.  He came to me immediately and suggested a better re-positioning.  Keith knows his lights.  I recommend him and his crew highly.

The dead switch was the most difficult. He finally found the problem in the living room, though the dead switch was in the hallway. He also discovered an extension cord hooked to the stove igniter and change it so it is much safer.

After another electrician had cancelled last minute on his 8:30 AM appointment on a Saturday I decided to call KBP just to see what would happen.
What a great surprise! Keith answered his phone immediately and asked to call me back in a few minutes and actually did. He said he could be out in a few hours after I described what I needed. He stopped off at the supply house and picked up what he thought he would need and showed up right on time ON A SATURDAY!
He had me all wrapped up within 2 hours and I will not hesitate to call on him again for my next need!!

Very effiecient and easy to deal with.

Appointment was set within a day or two of initial call and Keith was punctual and responsive in all of our interactions.  We were really looking for some professional guidance on a couple of the projects we were considering, since we weren't entirely sure what the feasible solutions might be and this is one of the areas that Keith really made a difference.  He is passionate about his craft and provided some very creative solutions with reasonable costs attached.  I highly recommend Keith's services and, as far as we're concerned, he is the only electrician we need in our household project phone book.

Keith made the whole process as painless as possible.  We found him on Angie's List and he is located in Temecula too.  He arrived punctually on the agreed upon dates/times; even coming back on Thanksgiving morning, to install bulbs and also a late arriving chandelier pendant & dimmers so we would have them that day!  His prices are reasonable, and his assistant, Caesar, was very efficient & friendly too.  Both Keith & Caesar worked diligently the entire time they were here.  We felt totally comfortable with them, they were obviously hard workers, very professional, and personable.  Keith kept us very informed of the work all along the way, & even rented a special ladder to get up a very high entryway.  He obviously took great pains to make sure the smallest detail was done correctly.  We feel very lucky to have found him and will certainly call upon him for any future electrical needs for our home. Keith is an honest businessman and did an excellent job.  We highly recommend him!

I got an immediate call-back and scheduled the estimate for the next day, which seemed very fair and I order the work.  He showed up on time, finished on time, did an excellent job, made some very good suggestions, was very friendly with an excellent work attitude.  He is the kind of person we'd all wish the best of success in the industry.

Keith said he would stop by first thing Saturday and was there about 7:30am.  Perfect timing.  His wife was helping him on the weekend.  Both were very friendly and professional.  The work was done in a less than 45 minutes and I am very satisfied.  I asked Keith if he would install some additional lights for me in a few weeks and he quoted me a price that was reasonable.  Given my good experience this first time, there is no need to call anyone else.  I will definitely use this company again.

fast qucik response, problem solved in no time and he explained everything what he did and educated me well enough to check my breakers ....and that my hairdryer was too high wattage for my breaker, which is old.

He had a great artistic eye for the best placement of the recessed lights he installed. He and his assistant worked diligently and efficiently.
