Interior Design and Decorating
CREATIVE TOUCH INTERIORS DID AN IMPRESSIVE JOB INSTALLING THE FLOORING AND WINDOW COVERINGS IN OUR HOUSE. WE HAD SOME AREAS WHERE THE WOOD WAS NOT SEALED AND HAD SOMEONE COME OUT AND FILL IN THE AREAS THAT NEEDED IT. WHEN ONE OF OUR WINDOW SHADES QUIT WORKING, WE TOOK IT IN FOR REPAIR AND WERE NOT CHARGED. THANK YOU.

OVERALL, I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. THE SHOWROOM IS AWESOME, AND THE SELECTION IS ENDLESS. CTI IS BIG ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN SPITE OF A DEADLINE THAT WAS PAST, THEY ALLOWED ME TO CHANGE THE FLOORING IN MY DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM FROM CARPET TO WOOD, AFTER MY FATHER SLIPPED AND FELL BECAUSE HE FEELS UNSTABLE ON CARPET. NOT ONLY DID THEY ALLOW THE CHANGE, BUT THE DID IT WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST TO ME. CTI WAS GREAT!
