My review doesn't reflect the work the people who came and do the job did; its extrictly to Biltright. Not what I expected. They did send someone who didn't know how to explain the process and what to expect. No management or up available to come to talk in person or supervise the project. When communicating that the results were not what was expected, the project Manager's response (Kimberly Adams) was very sarcastic and said, "that was in the contract and you signed it" ! Yes, and that is their their terminology. What I asked for was something different, but they didn't send someone in person who would be knowledgeable and explain. It's the same as if you go to the doctor and they explain to you using their medical terminology (good luck with that!) and then you complain about why they did remove your liver when ot was only a wart, and their response is "well, that was in the contract and you signed!). Yes, my mistake for trusting by word. Totally asume my responsibility for trusting who I shouldn't have to. Hear your intuición. If you feel something is not right, believe me; something is definitely NOT right! The guy that arrived first didn't even know where the project (back or front) was supposed to be done. Yes, they did an excellent job in regards to what they were told. But Biltright Turf, sorry; I DO NOT recommend them. Am I paying and assuming my mistake, yes; I'm. But this doesn't change the dissatisfaction with the results and luck of customer service received! If they would have the opportunity to do the project remotely, they'll do it! 🤦‍♀️
