He told me he needed the serial numbers from the machines.So I got those for him. We made an appointment for Wednesday at 4pm. He said, "Wednesday is my day off, but I'll come by after 4pm." 4pm Wednesday came and went. About 5pm I called and left a message asking if we were still on for today. He never called back. The next day I text him asking about the missed appointment, but never heard back from him.

Danny was our tenant. I say "was" because he skipped out on two months rent and completely trashed our beautiful home. Our experience with his "treadmill business"? He left broken treadmills in our garage (along with chest-high garbage) and along the side of the house for us (senior citizens) to clear out. The urine stains and smell (animal or human, we don't know) is so bad in the house we have to replace all carpets and treat the floor. Before you hire Danny go to the Riverside Superior Court website, check out his criminal record. This man is a fraud, to say the least. He is hiding from us because he owes us so much money.

Showed up on time, clean, efficient, gave status of my treadmill, fixed then serviced.

We were a little weary because of the comments, but decided we'd give them a chance. Technician came out in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem (a motor needed replacement) and put in an order for the part. Called a week later to check on status and the technician had the part was unable to make it due to car trouble. Waited a few more days, and didn't hear back, so called again and left a message. Waited to hear back, but when I didn't hear back, decided to give them a call. Spoke with the owner, who apologized for the communication problems. He called me back after checking with the technician, and came out that same day, a couple of hours later, to replace the part and get the treadmill working. Was satisfied with the job done. Spoke to him about the issues raised, and he acknowledged there are some issues with communication. Bottom line, he stepped up to the plate and took care of it **Update** About a week after repair, the treadmill died again. I contacted All Pro, left various messages and emails, and no one got back to me. I have yet to hear from them. Luckily, my husband was able to make the treadmill work again, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Their customer service is completely awful. How do you leave a customer unattended, and not get back to them at all. So unprofessional.

Overall experience was BAD!

This company is horrible at returning phone calls. When I actually was able to speak with some, he was very rude! I was told I would receive a call back in an hour and 3 days later, and multiple messages left yet again, I still have heard from no one. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

He was wonderful. He came on Saturday. My experience with him could not have been better. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He gave me some good advice. I thought it was terrific. I will refer him to anybody.

He was nice. He couldn't figure out what the problem was. He said he had a service charge of $130 to go towards fixing it. He couldn't fix this that day. He left and called back to say it was a particular stop button. He changed a code in it and I couldn't use the machine again. He didn't know how he messed it up, but had to get a code in order for this to be fixed. A week later, I received a call back for a part he was ordering. He told me that day he would do it. He said it was ordering it and that the secretary would call. I've gotten no call back. The part would cost an additional $160. I've called 7-8 times. I've called more than one number. He will not return my call. He hasn't completely fixed the machine. As of yesterday morning, I opened a dispute with him through my credit card company. He was very unprofessional. He was name dropping all the people he was working for.

Dan was prompt, professional and courteous. He arrived on time for his appointment, diagnosed the problem quickly and i had my treadmill working again within an hour. In fact, it was better than new. I would happlily recommend All Pro Treadmill and the owner Dan Leon any time.
