"on first visit the dryer was making screeching noise it was because of the pulleys been worn out. After changing the pulleys unit was tested and working good with no noises. About 8 days later Susan calls us saying some kind of noise again we came out tested the unit the pulleys are fine the machine is not making any unusual noises it was working like it was designed but Susan keeps saying its noise we believe that the pulleys were making noise for a while until it completely worn out and possibly Susan forgot what it sounded like before after us testing the machine again the dryer has normal noises and we were very honest with her there is nothing to change we dont want to change bunch of parts that are not needed . This review is complete false and not relevant at all"

"Dear Chip we apologize for that but i think there has been a misunderstanding $321.00 dollars was for to change Thermostat, timer and full maintenance on your unit. You made it sound like we only did labor this price included labor , parts and tax ."

"An Update : the parts arrived we called the customer and he refused to schedule without any reason we tried our best to help him but not sure what happened . We apologize but the parts were on back order by the manufacturer this is a going thing right now for a lot of companies due to covid there is very limited parts stock. We have nicely explained to the customer that the parts back-ordered and should be released sometime in March. We have explained to the customer that if the parts do not arrive sometime in March a full refund will be an issue the customer agreed to the terms. On 3-1-21 the parts finally were released and shipped out we have called the customer and told him about the good news but he was excited about it much and hung up the phone. We try our best to make everyone happy but when something is beyond our control not much we can do. We did promise a full refund but only if parts do not arrive at all but it is on its way already."
