I was unprepared to deal with my broken refrigerator since I live in an apartment and expected it to be the owner's responsibility. The DNE technician was on the job in a little over 2 hrs. The job was well done, cost $270, with 30 day labor/90 day parts warranty. Since there were no other bids, I can't evaluate cost, but it's about 3 weeks out and the refrigerator is cold and working fine.

The repair man asked me first if I spoke my language, which wasn't any of his business. He checked the dryer for 1 minute and said it was the timer and it would be $250 to $300 and he would have to take off the top. I feel I would not recommend this company. "Offered customer a full refund if we misdiagnosed the problem in anyway . Also if technician asked any client if they speak their native language there is truly nothing wrong with that. In addition we offered a client full refund if they go purchase a new appliance with the store we work with all the good things were offered and she refused How can people even leave reviews like that total sabotage and like we did before this person will be taken to court for false negative review we done it before and will do it again"

It is very difficult to rate appliance repair companies, particularly since it is required to pay a service fee for each call. Thus one is motivated to use the first company that comes out. I did not end up making the repair that was required, as it was very expensive and the appliance was 14 years old. I purchased a new one instead. The technician seemed knowledgeable.

It was an expensive repair on a 5 year old refrigerator. Technician had to replace computer board and sensor. He was very courteous, more than prompt, had the proper parts with him and appeared to really know what he was doing. Refrigerator performing correctly now and hopefully for several more years.

The serviceman came once and diagnosed the problem and told us how much the new parts would costs. We agreed - he ordered them and came back and replaced the sensors. He was wonderful and we're pleased and would recommend them.
