Excellent and reliable restoration and plumbing service. Trenchless sewer replacement of 60 feet was involved. Frank Lopez is a highly skilled and tireless worker. It was a pleasure to work with him. I have used Restoration Tactics twice now and can recommend them. Roberta in the front office is terrific and reassuring to customers. They provide a senior discount.

Work was done fast and efficient. Thought the price was high for cleaning the drain line ($375).

This past Wednesday Restore Tactics fixed a damaged ceiling. The quality of the work, timeliness, and cleanliness were all outstanding. The two employees (William, and Irvin) sent by the company left a positive impression with me. Both were professional, attentive and easy to talk to. Importantly, they made me smarter through our discussions about restoration and painting. I would use the company again.

They were on time and performed the needed repairs on the spot. Very courteous but not well prepared. All in all, it was a good experience.

He was quick and explained everything he was doing. Excellent customer service.

Sammy and Issac came and did the cleaning from the smoke. They went through the whole house and cleaned the roof, gutters, windows and shutters. They did an excellent and thorough job. I was very happy from the outcome.

This company itself was fine, however, the contractors they used are shoddy at best. I don't think I will use this company again.

after they installed toilet and drying machine I diecided I could not take the noise I asked them to pick up the dryer machine I called everyday for the next three days they never answered the phone

He was exactly on time, was thorough. I had him out because an installer found some problems under my sink so the guy could not install my new dishwasher. To be sure that the plumber and the installer were talking the same language I had the plumber wait so that he could talk to the installer. The plumber did wait and the two of them talked about what needed to be done. I didn't want the plumber to do the work he thought needed to be done and have the installer say that he still could not install the dishwasher. They talked and hopefully all the problems have been fixed. I'll know on Wednesday when the installer comes back. And my garbage disposer was leaking, he showed me, and had a new disposer in his truck, same HP and I had the plummer install it. I think the installation charge was pretty typical.

On time. Job completed. Happy.

High priced. Did not get additional estimates. My problem. But they did make good $$$$$ for hours actually worked. But appreciate their job done. Thank you, Kathy

Best price for job needed - sewer replacement. Work was done quickly, with minimal fuss, and area was put back in order after job. Would highly recommend company Will use them for future jobs.

James arrived well within the assigned appointment window. He rapidly diagnosed the problems and offered me options. All the work was completed in a timely manner and the work areas were cleaned up after the services were performed . I would definitely recommend this business and use them again myself!

The plumbing technicians work was very good. They were very efficient and left everything clean and neat. However the quote I was given over the phone was half what it actually was and when I questioned her about it she wax rude and denied giving me a quote at all. Be sure you get you quote directly from a technician.
