Hey did the job fine. Beware that they usually use PEX (plastic) pipe for part of the job, even if the rest of your house has Copper. When I complained after the fact, they came back and replaced the PEX with Copper. I'm assuming they use PEX because its bendable / easier to install, and the pipe itself is probably cheaper than copper. But ultimately, they switched to copper, so thats good customer service.

I called them in December. I was frantic because I wanted the water to work before the holidays. It is part of their service. We had to wait two weeks for service. To do better they could have more technicians available so you are not waiting for two weeks for a system that I am paying for to work. In all fairness, they did give me two weeks rebate for having not been able to come and fix it. I would rather have the service than the rebate. They give you a four hour window so they are punctual. If they say they will be here between 8 and 12 they will be here between 8 and 12. They are very professional.

Well I left a voice mail message and he called me back to let me know that he no longer services the Edwards AFB area and that he has a new phone number that is not listed on this website and he asked me to post it for him and I agreed to do just that.  His phone number is (818) 231-2716 please make a note of it.

Carlos Mendoza was the representative who inspected our water softener and drinking water system. He was very informative and honest. Its hard to find people you trust. Our system is not Culligan brand and he still came out and let us know how our system was working. I was impressed with his honesty and would highly recommend him for all water needs. Had water softener and water filter put into original house back in '98 for 4,000. Filter worked fine, the softener never made any difference at all. Moved to new house recently, had water filter removed from old house and put into new one. Was told 300.00 for this, which I paid. The guy had to come back THREE times to put it in correctly, because it kept leaking. I finally told them to send someone competent or there was going to be damage to my wood floors. When they came out to put in water filter, some Culligan salesman tags along and attempts to sell me a new water softener for over $3,000.00. When I declined, they billed me 100.00 for a "site fee" !!! Unbelievable. Not only that, they continued to harass us for bills that we had already paid, threatened us with bill collectors even when I had the receipts in hand. Bad service, bad book keeping, unethical salesmen.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THIS UNIT WAS INSTALLED FIVE YEARS AGO AND HAS HAD TO HAVE SERVICING OVER THE PAST YEARS. POWER OUTAGES UPSET THE TIMER AND THEN SERVICE IS REQUIRED.

THE CULLIGAN MAN COMES BY ONCE A WEEK AND INSTALLS A NEW FILTER IN THE GARAGE TO SOFTEN THE WATER. BEFORE WE HAD CULLIGAN THE WATER WAS VERY HARD AND LEFT SPOTS, BUT I HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE.

TOO EXPENSIVE! WE PAY ALL RATES A YEAR IN ADVANCE AND THEY STILL RAISE RATES EVERY YEAR, SO WE HAVE TO GO BACK AND PAY BALANCE. IF WE DIDN'T HAVE TO USE THEM, WE WOULDN'T. THEY ARE ON TIME AND SERVICE IS OKAY, BUT TOO PRICEY!

CULLIGAN REPRESENTATIVES ARE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT WITH THEIR INITIAL AND MONTHLY SERVICE. THEY ARE NEAT AND PUNCTUAL WITH THE TANK EXCHANGES. SINCE THEY ENTER THE GARAGE WITH A PASS CODE ON OUR DOOR I NEVER WORRY AS THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND RELIABLE.

I'VE USED THIS SERVICE FOR A LONG TIME. SOFT WATER REALLY DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE ON THE CONDITION OF YOUR PIPES ON THE INSIDE OF THEM. ONE TIME I CALLED CULLIGAN AND SAID I THOUGHT THE NEW CYLINDER THEY HAD JUST BROUGHT WAS NOT RECONSTITUTED WITH SOFT WATER. THEY TRUSTED WHAT I WAS TELLING THEM AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME OUT AND EXCHANGED THE CYLINDER FOR ME.

CULLIGAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN PUNCTUAL ON THE DAYS OF DELIVERY. THE GARAGE IS OPENED, THE CANISTER IS REPLACED WITH A FRESH ONE, AND THE DRIVER THEN CLOSES THE GARAGE AND LEAVES. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANYONE AT THIS COMPANY. THE WORK I PAY FOR IS PERFORMED ON THE TIME PROMISED ON THE MONTHLY INVOICE.
