It went ok at first but then he argued with my FIL regarding certain placements of hoses and ended up doing them completely backwards from how they were supposed to go. Now the car runs rougher than before, is having issues with the vacuum and air flow and belches black smoke. We're finding someone else who is more familiar with fixing older cars and not so reliant on simply addressing computer readouts of error codes.
He's done great work in the past on our newer cars but I'd only take newer japanese and american models to him (he had trouble with my father's BMW). He's a nice guy and very responsive and my friends who use him really like him. I just feel like we can get better results elsewhere for less money.

He responds immediately when I have a problem and doesn't make me wait too long for service. He has very reasonable rates. I found him through AAA and have been pleased with his service everytime I have used them.

He is my mechanics. I spent about $600 on the last repair. I would tell others that he provides quick service, he is honest, reliable, and the turnaround time is fairly fast. The customer service is great. The biggest thing is that he is honest.
