Evil scammers of the elderly ! These people are sick, taking advantage of seniors on a fixed income with a decline in cognitive thinking as well as Diabetic complications ! I am the homeowners caretaker and son, over 2yrs ago these SCAMMERS took $14000 from my dad to fix a clogged toilet ! ! ! I just found this out. They saw an easy target and ripped my dad off. Instead of snaking and pitting a camera down the toilet, they tore up the front yard. THEY DIDNT REPLACE ANYTHING ! They removed 1 of 2 Darin pipes. IDK why. THE IDIOTS also cut the discharge pipe for the pool WTF U MORONS ! They then found a WATER LEAK under the driveway. WHY ARE YOU LOOkiNG FOR A WATER LEAK ! We wanted a toilet unclogged. The workers were assholes and didn't even check to see if the clogg was fixed. BEWARE THEY SCAM THE ELDERLY ! ! The toilet never worked after all that. Team Rooter sent a young trainee to my house. He said the garbage disposal was dean and broken. He had tp go back and got one. He came back, replace the dead one, but he broke my drainag3 pipe from the disherwasher. He had to get a rubber pioe, but he came back a few hours later. In total the job lasted fuve hours and he charged me $750. His cpmpany sent me an invoice with $220 less. I sent a check payable to Team Rooter to the company addresss in Sun City per their direction. But they claimed never received a check from me. I checked my back- The check was signed by a person, not Team Rooter, and got the money already. My bank is investing this case and opening a dispute.

They did a great job. The job itself was expensive but because further issues were found. I would hire them again for this type of job if needed.
