Had couch 1 1/2 years when it started to creak and squeak whenever it was used. Company I bought it from refused to help with the problem (West Elm). I contacted home advisor and problem was fixed two days later!

The response was within 20 minutes of my posting and Levi came the next morning. He was able to detect the problem and addressed it in a very professional way. He was very polite and I was extremely comfortable having him work his magic on an old barber's chair. Probably a first for him! I would certainly call him again if anything else needs repair.
