We apologize for any inconvenience caused while our vehicle was out of service. Since the work order was still in the vehicle and the crew was in the your area. They went by ask if we could do the work and they got an OK (for your sitter). We did try to reach you (as you said) but by the time [Member Name Removed] got back to us the sitter had already given the ok to the crew and the work was done. As per our conversation with [Member Name Removed] (the person called) regarding the service provided after the work was done and looked it over. He communicated he was not satisfied with the tree trimming and we told him to please know that you have not been billed yet and that the arborist would check the work. Per our ISA Certified Arborist service was done to ISA standard. Please let us know how you how you would like to proceed so we can resolve this matter.Service Provider Response
