Arrived promptly, assessed repairs needed to roof.   Sent two estimates via e-mail, one for immediate work needed to prevent further leakage into the garage and the second for repairs that would have to be attended to within a few months to a year.  On their return I instructed them to do all repairs at that time.  They were prompt, friendly and very professional, however it rained the following day and there was still a small leak in the garage.  They returned as soon as I called and took care of the problem.  Very pleased over all with this company and plan to use them again for repair to the roof of my rental.

They came and checked the roof.  They found some problems and fixed it.  I would hire them again.

He told me that I should be there to do the estimate. I met him for the estimate. He was very professional. He said the service was guaranteed for three years. The most important thing was that they told me I did not need a new roof like another company I had gotten an estimate from.

They showed up when they said they would, and did the work for less than they estimated.

They showed up on time and did the work. After the inspection revealed a few missing tiles and minor repairs needed, they did the repairs and and replaced the tiles for free. Wow, was I suprised.

Unfortunately I found out I needed a roof replacement. However Aaron was very detailed in his explanation. He laid out the options and I was able to put it on hold until spring with his recommendations.

My experience started with the estimate and proceeded through the completion of the work.  The estimate was done in a timely manner.  The owner came and did the estimate.  He listen to my concerns and addressed them appropriately.  I accepted the proposal.  There was some confusion about getting the job started but I was told what was going on and was allowed to make the choice about about allowing the delay or pursuing the work.  It worked to my benefit because the material provider gave a $400 discount to be able to deliver the material later.  The discount was passed to me.  The job was started and on the first day the roof was completely stripped and I could not find any waste around the house.  The new roof was installed the next day.  Inspection by the city inspector was passed and I was left with a new roof and a clean work site.
Through out the process, the owner was responsive to my questions and concerns.  He and his foreman were very professional and easy to work with.   It was my pleasure to do business with him.

The overall experience is excellent. They were really good. They seemed quite professional when they came to give the estimate. The price was good. They got here within the next day or so and inspected the roof. I think it was great that they came so fast. He got the estimate back to me pretty fast too. They were punctual, responsive, and professional. Based on my experience so far, I would use this provider again, and recommend them.

3 of the 4 Roofers had poor communication / follow-up, and 3 of them gave somehwat conflicting recommendations on how to fix it. Roofmasters was easiest to work with and their estimate not only was the cheapest but their description of the problem included elements of the other 3 and made the most sense.
Roofmasters came out, did the work, and came out again to apply a second sealer coat, then came back a final time to inspect the work before I was invoiced. The leak was fixed and their work looks extremely professional.Also, the general Contractor we had working on our kitchen remodel at the time met each of the Roofers and independent of our decision said he likes Roofmasters the best and solicited them for work on his own projects.

They came on a weekend and stopped two leaks that could have caused major damage to home. Most roofers on Angies list do not take emergancy calls, which was very disappointing and disturbing.

They were very professional, and completed the job quickly. The area was cleaned and they left no sign that they had been there. The price was as estimated and they even included the broken tiles at no extra cost.

I can say without any hesitation they are simply the BEST.  My job is property management, so I deal with a lot of contractors.  Aaron, the owner of RoofMasters, is straight forward, easy to work with, and does what he says.  His prices are very reasonable. All three jobs went very smoothly with no drama or surprises.

He was on time getting here. The quote was really good. Getting the quote didn't take long. Everything about him was very pleasant.

The man that came out to do the estimate was very knowledgable.  He was very honest.  They were very accommodating.  They are coming out to do the service soon.

They sent me a detailed report as well as talking to me about the inspection after they were done.  They seemed very knowledgeable and were even willing to work with us & the sellers to see about getting a credit from the original shingle manufacturer (the shingles were failing early).  They were prompt and professional.

They are pretty good. They follow through on their warranties. They have gotten better and better with their procedures too. I would recommend them to people that have problems with pigeons.

They were very polite and courteous to me. They were professional. There are no leaks. They cleaned everything up when they left including all nails and screws in the yard. They had things done two days ahead of schedule.
