Had an "emergency" roof leak at my parent's home just before Thanksgiving - result of many years of ignored maintenance. Roofmasters
got me an estimate very promptly, and were "johnny on the spot" when it came to making the repairs. They were scheduled to come out about noon, and the forecast called for the storm to start after 6pm; apparently another client cancelled that morning so they called to ask if they could come early -- 5 trucks and crews were there within 20 minutes and they were done in an hour!!
What is even more impressive to me is that all our communications were by phone or email (I live on the east coast) and the young men who came out to do the repairs in Fairfield, were polite, extremely efficient, and left a stellar impression on my folks.
I thought the price was excellent, and loved the 2yr guarantee; service like this makes it easy to support local family businesses!

Roofmasters was very responsive and professional from the start. They came quickly and gave us a reasonable estimate, and even though the work was a little more than they originally anticipated, they honored their original bid and were very courteous and easy to deal with.

This is long overdue, so I apologize for not writing this review earlier.  Roofmasters and their crew due exceptional work.   From the free estimate to the sign off on the permit, everything went very well.  Work was extremely fast and clean up was done daily.  I highly recommend Roofmasters.  And the Angie's List coupon was a bonus!

I had a very good experience with Roofmasters.  When I contacted their office, they immediately scheduled an appointment to give me a work estimate.  Roofmasters sent Justin out and he was very professional and gave me a detailed estimate of the work suggested for my roof. 


After I received the reasonable estimate, I contacted Roofmasters' office and arranged for the work to be done.  Justin completed the work and actually showed me the pictures of the completed work.  However he didn't replace the spark arrestor for the chimney, because he had to order a new arrestor.  Justin took off the damaged arrestor and placed an order for a new one.  The next day it started to rain and I was concerned about rain coming down my chimney.  I called Johnathon at Roofsmasters and he was very understanding about my concerns, so he arranged for the old arrestor to be put back on to prevent any rain coming down the chimney.  Approximately two days later, Roofmasters received the new arrestor and put it on to complete their outstanding work.

The workers were prompt and professional. I took some of their cards and told them I would recommend them other people.

I had a good experience with Roofmasters. When I bought my house, I knew that it would need a new roof. The seller's agent offered some estimates, but they were all about $8000. Roofmasters did the job for a good deal less. They were punctual and professional (the only issue was some flashing was left in my backyard... I let the owner know and he took care of it promptly). It's been six months and, while there hasn't been much rain to speak of, everything seems to be holding up nicely.

First it's hard to get a roofer to return a phone call when it's raining. So I went to angie's list and found Roofmasters, I'm glad I did. My call was returned promptly ( thanks Johnathon ) and the next day I had an estimate followed by a temporary repair. When the rain subsided a permanent repair was done by roofers who showed up on time and were very professional. The cost of the temporary repair was credited toward the balance due. Would I use them again absolutely! Would I recommend them absolutely!!!

It was ugly rainy weather. They came out and installed a patch on the area that the roof was leaking.

They are a good reliable company.  The workers are professional and pleasant.  Everything went smooth.  Also, a day or two later my neighbor said something was laying on my roof (after a strong wind storm).  I called them and they came out  to check it and a vent cover had blown loose.  There was no charge.

Had water leak in front bedroom, tryed to locate and repair, unsuccessful. had several roofers inspectect to determine entry point of water, unsuccessful, recommend remove and replace existing roofing materials. At which time was two layers of shingle last installed 2004. Roof Masters inspected, gave their recommendations and estimates which were better than all the others, but also offered to remove and replace materials above bedroom with leak and include 3 year guarantee against leaks. We decided to go with Roof Masters and replace the entire roof with tile. From start to finish and follow up was all courteous, professional and neat. Will recommend to family, friends, and neighbors. Job started 12/16/2013 and finshed 12/20/2013.

They did it in six hours. They did an outstanding job. They had to take two layers of shingles off and put a new roof on. This is a manufactured home so there's nothing intricate about it. They were here on time. They were very prompt. By far, they had the best price. You can't beat it. It was a very good price. They were at least a $1000 to $1500 below the other bids that I got.

We were very pleased with their service and should we need roof work done in the future, we will be sure to call them. They are very professional, answered questions and explained what had been done not only verbally but with pictures also.

Company was very professional and responsive.  Came for a (free) estimate and detailed what work would be done.  Came when they said they would and did everything we expected them to.  We were very pleased.

Roofmasters work crew was very personal, informative, and customer oriented.  They were responsive and took prided in doing a good job.  They were very willing to try to do things that I suggested.  This contractor is one that I would use again.

Everyone was friendly and professional.  Every effort was made to make this easy for me.  The company was able to schedule my roof installation within 10 days of the estimate.  I live about 10 miles from Roofmasters--when I had signed the contract, one of their employees came to my home to get the contract so I didn't have to worry about the postal service delivering the contract on time.  Everything was just as they had said it would be.  They arrived about 7 am on Aug. 14 before I left for work.  There were apparently no complications.  By the time I came home on Wednesday, the particle board was already in place on the entire roof.  They had cleaned the driveway and front yard areas so my home didn't look messy.  Aug. 15 they placed the shingles, and cleaned up the driveway and front yard as well as blowing out as much dust and debris as possible from the garage.  At 4:00 a couple of employees arrived to put in additional fire and CO2 alarms as dictated by new codes.  One of them even tightened some ceiling fan blades that had worked loose!  A company representative met the inspector Monday, August 19 so I didn't have to take time off work.  Anything I needed to know, anything I needed done, anything I needed explained was taken care of in a professional, yet understandable way. 
I really like my roof--the color, style, and materials look great!  Many of my neighbors have commented on it, and were impressed with the speed of the job, and the very competitive price.  I would certainly recommend this company to family, friends, and neighbors. 

Roofmasters was truly excellent in every way.  They were punctual, professional, gave a thorough estimate and offered options, and performed high quality work in a timely fashion.  I would definitely recommend Roofmasters, and I rarely recommend anyone as I've been disappointed in the past so many times.  Roofmasters kept the worksite organized and cleaned up every day, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and speed with which they worked.  Moving the satellite dish to a bracket under the eves was a great option as it didn't penetrate the roof.  Cleaning up the cabling was also much appreciated, as old, no longer needed cable was removed and new cable was installed neatly.  The gutters also look excellent, and they listened to my questions and needs around routing water drainage.  Overall... A+ for Roofmasters

Had a roof leak in the house, called several roofers in the area to come take a look and give me an estimate. Roofmasters was the most responsive among all, and kept a very close and prompt communication with me as to when they can send someone out, and when that someone is late. Among all the roofers I called, they were the first one to answer their phone (professionally), first one to come to the house, and first one to submit a written estimate. Their estimate was not the lowest among the roofers that came. But I chose their service because everything was more professional, which instills trust. Their repair personnel couldn't make it on the day of the appointment and I was notified. They came the next day and did the repairs as described in the estimate, and sent me before and after pictures. Overall I'm very satisfied with their handling of the entire project.
