Went well for most part. But the fans they plugged in and left blew our fuse so we lost a day. They should have stayed to make sure they continued running.

They did a very good job. They are very responsive but a little pricey.

They did a great job. I got a real personal touch from the owner, which was nice for me. They were on time and made me aware any additional costs.

They were fantastic and did fantastic work! It was immaculate the first time, we had an inspection the first time and it passed with flying colors, we would highly recommend them! They were excellent and highly efficient!

They were fine. They were acceptable, but I ended up using another company for a lower cost. I will consider them for a quote in the future.

From my initial phone call to the company to their visit, everything was great. They were very knowledgable in their field. They explained the entire process and even gave me some hints on dealing with insurance. They came out to my house, about 10 minutes early, and were very professional. They did some quick tests and explained we didn't have the mold issue we thought we had. They were in and out in 15 minutes, no charge to us. I highly recommend them.

It was a full day job for two workers and a large HEPA filter air cleaner. The workers were meticulous and careful, punctual, professional and knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job.

I called Servpro and Edwin came out looked at my garage wall and provided an estimate based on what he could see. The garage was fairly well organized but there were some plastic containers up against most of the walls with the exception of the one wall where I had found the mold. By the time Edwin came out, I had already had an independent mold inspector lab test to identify if it was indeed mold (it was) and had 3 or 4 other mold companies come out for an estimate. I was impressed by how straightforward Edwin was and had seen a couple of good review of Angie;s List. His estimate was not the least expensive but it was competitive and I felt he was taking a more comprehensive approach. He was also the only one out of 4 professionals that found the source of the moisture (a rain gutter burrowed into the ground.) Edwin was always responsive, professional and thorough. He was able to work within my budget and always came when he said he would or called to let me know if there would be a delay. Once he began to empty the garage he found more mold on the walls (which he showed me) and still honored his price. I always felt his priority was doing the job right. When the indep. inspector came out to clear the job (air samples) he was reallly impressed with the work. Edwin made the job a breeze and they cleaned up after themselves really well. I would definitely use Servpro again (although I hope I never have to!)

They were very professional and responsive. We requested estimates from three different companies, and theirs was the lowest so we went with them. They did an excellent job and their work is guaranteed. The job took less than three days and the cost was exactly what they estimated. We were very satisfied with the work.

Serve Pro Studio City & Valley Village were excellent and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I even trusted them with the keys to my house. I felt they were honest, and I trusted them completely. They were also extremely helpful and smart. They recognized and anticipated problems, which we were unaware. They had excellent communications at all times. The insurance policy covered the damages, but we did find their pricing very reasonable. We recommend them.
