This is the 2nd time I've used Flood Brothers, and I couldn't be more impressed.  They're very responsive, respective, punctual, knowledgeable, thorough and reasonably priced.  After yesterday's earthquake, my gas didn't work in the house.  I called the gas company, and even though they had installed their own earthquake shutoff valve, they were going to charge me $78 to reset it!!   What a ripoff!!  So I called Flood Brothers.  They gave me a window as to when they would arrive, and, as always, called to let me know they were on their way.  They fixed both problems within 5 minutes, and felt since the gas company should have done this for free, they wouldn't charge me.   But I'm not impressed with Flood Brothers because they didn't charge me, but because they have a great work ethic and really care about what they do.

The guys at Flood Brothers Plumbing worked at my house for 3 days. They were prompt. They cleaned up after, were courteous and thorough. The cost was more than fair for the work that they did. Giovanni, the owner, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with all the workers in my home even though I'm very picky. Everyone was very professional.

Upon the recommendation of a friend, who found Flood Brothers Plumbing through his condo board, I decided to try them.  It turned out to be a good experience.

Giovanni, the owner, was easy to reach by phone.  He arrived on time in a clean, professional truck. And he clearly had  lots of plumbing knowledge and experience.  

I had an unusual problem with a noisy toilet that wasn’t the more commonplace flapper issue, and not so easy to figure out.  But Giovanni attacked the problem relentlessly until it was solved and the toilet was up and working again.  He really took his time. This plumber seemed
to actually care!  And best of all, his price wasn’t greedy, especially for the amount of time he spent at the house.

I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.  Highly recommended.

The Flood Brothers plumbers arrived on time and were both thorough and efficient. Thet took care of a problem that other plumbers in the area failed to fix. I will call them again if I need a plumber in the future

Giovanni has been forthright in explaining different options.  He has recommended twice that we go with the less costly option even though it has meant less for him.  We were especially impressed when he was last here and did not charge us for a house call, nor for again looking in our sewer line.  He said it was because we had asked about the 2nd problem when he had been here initially and he was just making sure it was the same as before

Punctual, professional, knowledgeable. Repaired what needed to be done immediately and made a proposal for additional work to be done after mold remediation is completed. Very responsive to questions, not pushy about doing work.
