Creative Homes came and gave me an estimate for exterior paint because I wanted to check out the company and see the quality of work and service they provide. They gave me an excellent price and their service was great. When they finished doing my exterior paint I decided to hire them to do my flooring and a kitchen and bathroom remodel. They have proved themselves to me and that I am able to trust them and there company. Any jobs in the future Creative Homes will be my first choice. I am very satisfied and my house looks beautiful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have any kind of home improvement done.

I answered the phone and did something I've never done before and that was to allow  a company I'd never heard of before give me an estimate.  From the first it proved to be a very pleasant experience.  From my first meeting with their Project Manager Nir Gozlan ,who was a pleasure to deal with, to the introduction to the foreman and his crew, I was impressed.  They provided me with a new driveway and front patio. They began the job on time and finished when they had promised.  They left the area clean and the workmanship is much admired by my whole neighborhood. Nir also came to the house for a follow up and called each day to check on the work.  The foreman remained on the site constantly keeping a close eye on the workmen who were also extremely pleasant. I would use them again and would highly recommend this company.        Judy Conway

Our kitchen floor had the original linoleum flooring that always looked dirty no matter how much I cleaned it!   The carpet in the dining and family room was at least 30 years old and could not seem to clean it often enough either.  Needless to say these are the most used rooms and they were awful looking.  
The contractor that entered our home were all friendly,  courteous and very knowledgeable.
Demo of the  flooring went smoothly, linoleum in kitchen, tile in the entry way and carpet in the dining room and family room, until under the carpet in family room was OLD linoleum.    This took us all by surprise.  This additional work and time was not a problem and was handled in stride.    The hardwood floors look awesome.  My home is beautiful now !!  We LOVE IT!
 
We have used this contractor over the past several years.
 
1.  Other jobs they have performed for us have been installation of  16 double pain windows, 1 outside door from bathroom  to pool & 1 sliding door.  Removal of 1 sliding door and replacing with a window in dining room.
2.  Resurfaced our kitchen cabnets.
3.   Replace old tile kitchen counter top with "Ceasar Stone"  &  backsplash with tile.  I love just my new kitchen!
Our overall rating for this contractor  is GREAT ("A")  They do quality work and will assist you in your complete satisfaction, no matter how long it takes.
 
Example:  Ceasar stone seam was widing over the dishwasher when it was used.  We had them come back to fix it and they ended up placing sheet metal under the counter attached it to the plywood to prevent the seam from widing.  There has not been a problem since.  Good fix. 

Lousy. Two high pressure salesman with repeated visits; using techniques that would make a used car salesman blush.
Knowing full well, we cannot get up and leave our own house and dinner is cooking! Their contracts are way overpriced,
their work is decent and their sub-contracted workers polite. But they left a mess behind that took us two dumpsters to remove and an afternoon for the two of us (retired folk) and a hired friend to remove from the back yard.
We have had other work done; but I will NEVER contract with these people again!
Yes we paid off the contracts. We are honest; Creative Home is not.  They should be renamed Creative Home Financing.

In response to Creative Home Group.The facts are still, the facts.! The cost was actually $19,000 for both the stucco work and the windows. For the windows, a competative quote was about half. For the stucco work( power wash repaint, etc.) was likewise about half. Our cleanup was extensive; including all the faux woodwork pulled off and dumped in the side yard, the old stucco and other debris dumped in odd corners, the old rain gutters simply discarded along side the house. No "neat and broom clean" as advertised. We succumbed to the high pressure tactics from Nir and David to do the windows under the statement that we should do them along with the restucco or "the stucco might be damaged". Sounded good, but on watching the subcontractors at work, I realized it was completely bogus. We rescinded the patio door replacement as soon as we realized how bogus these guys are.
They were supposed to leave us an "Arbitration of Disputes" document (they didn't) and the "3 day right to cancel" (they didn't)..The list goes on!

Horrible service. Had to go through the Contractor's State Licensing Board to try to get my money back. A year later still trying to get my house fixed. Workers tried putting stucco over the old felt paper. When I took pictures to show their foreman he made them start over. Their workers tried to undercut their own company stating they could do the work cheaper. They left stucco all over my plants and broke tiles on my roof which they never replaced. They broke my gutters and never replace the garage door. They replaced several solarium windows which are still leaking.  When I asked them for the name of the window installer, they refused to give it to me.  After they claimed they were finished they started pressuring me to pay them to paint the house. After I told them I wasn't happy with their work , they started threatening me. I had several contractors look at their work to see if it could be fixed and no one wanted to touch what they had messed up. If you use this company, you are crazy.
