Did not actually use them, because the woman on the phone was SO rude. They need to work on their customer service!

Basically, I had a lamp rewired. I called and they came out and fixed and there were no problems. Like I said, I was very pleased and yeah I'm really satisfied.

I'VE HAD GOOD EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY OVER THE YEARS. REPAIRS ARE WELL DONE AND REASONABLY PRICED. REPAIRERS ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THEY HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF PARTS AND SOME LAMPSHADES.
