Having been saved by J&M earlier this year during a home sewage flood, decided to call them to clear our ducts at my office in Carlsbad. Their guys came out, did a thorough exam of what would be needed, gave me a very fair estimate for the work, and I signed right away. The work, as I expected, went without a hitch, and they took care to protect our furniture (and employees) as they cleaned. When they left, there was no evidence they had been there, other than my employees stopped coughing and sneezing as they had been for months. Once again, I'm a very satisfied customer. Love companies who do what they promise and then some. Great company to deal with.

Called J&M and they were on site in 20 minutes. Amazing! Their guys jumped into action and had the sewage sucked up in no time, disinfected, all affected carpeting cut out and tested for moisture, then stayed with me thru the interaction with the city services, backed me up, made sure repairs were going to be made in a timely manner and had a point person insuring my satisfaction every step of the way. I know they do tons of really big, industrial jobs, major flooding, but they treated me like I was the most important person under their care. A special shout out to their VP Barry Garson. He took a personal interest in making sure I understood all the steps I would need to follow up on in my dealing with the city, who would ultimately take responsibility for the damage. These guys are great, from the top down. I am so grateful.

They did a really good job. They were really good about some scheduling issues we had, they were kind and patient, pleasant and worked with me. They were great I was very happy with them. The primary technician sent was fabulous. He threw the dryer vent in for free and he probably saved me from having a fire in my house. He showed me everything he was doing and explained everything. I was very pleased. I am just waiting back for the pictures he promised me.

I had a terrible experience with them. Their reconstruction work was bad. They had to come back twice to make corrections.

The attention I received throughout the entire process was nothing short of excellent. From the office staff to the supervisory personnel, to the workmen themselves, the service and the quality of the repairs was extraordinary. When they left, the house was put back exactly how it had been prior to the leak -- exactly the outcome I was hoping for. I can't say enough about these guys, They were awesome.

The first part of the job went really well. I got a referral from a friend at work who had used this company twice before when he was involved with two different HOAs--he highly recommended them. I called on a Monday morning, and Scott came out that afternoon and gave me the estimate. I tried to meet with others, but one company cancelled the appointment when I pointed out I had found mold and a second company has yet to even call me back to set up the appointment to do the estimate. I decided to go with Jand M based on their quick response. The mold remediation portion of the job went smoothly and quickly. It was started the following Monday. Vincent, the job manager, came and met with me, and Guillermo, the person doing the work, showed up a little later. The mold remediation work was completed in two days, and a couple days later, the air hygienist ?? came and tested the quality of the air -- it passed with flying colors! The mold remediation group did an excellent job, and Guillermo even lifted my new toilet out of the car and placed it in the garage, saving me a delivery fee. A different crew was sent to repair the drywall, match the texture on the ceiling, and paint. Unfortunately, this crew was not quite as reliable as the mold remediation group...to my knowledge, the manager has not been to the house (at least not while I was there). I had to contact the office a couple of times because I had not heard from anyone about completing the job and completing the painting, and then there were problems with the lockbox, so I had to stay home to meet the worker before leaving for work. Someone was supposed to come by and do some touchup painting today, but that didn't happen, so I will be following up to see when that will be completed.

I thought they did a good job of ceiling off the house. They were prompt, they worked hard, and they completed the work in a timely fashion, and they cleaned up and cleared out everything.

They did a very good job and I was satisfied with the same. They cleaned the entire carpet after moving all the big furniture carefully. They were reasonably priced and placed a plastic under the furniture to protect the carpet. I liked their services and will use the same in future.
