He did a good job but took a long time cause he need to find parts. He needs to get organized but he was really nice and very tenacious.

There was a problem and they came back and fixed it quickly. I thought they did a good job.

They did a good job. They were punctual and did the job well.

Sovereignty Plumbing was very nice and kept my floors and outside by my electrical box perfectly clean, they both took their shoes off when they worked inside. I also had them install an internal shutoff and they lined up the pipe and cut the hole perfectly so no patch to the sheet rock was required. They got a B in punctuality because he was a little late and I'm picky about that. I liked them so much I used them again but this time it was to install a washer and dryer and repair the venting. They did a really good job with no supervision.

The service turned out fine. They guy that did the work was just fine. He was on time as well.

They came to the house twice, once to be sure that my kitchen was ready for the replacement dishwasher and the second time to install my new dishwasher purchased from Lowe's.

I recently bought my first house and had my first plumbing emergency: a garage utility sink overflowed after laundry water drained into it. I chose Sovereignty based on good reviews, availability same day, and a discount for Angie's members. Jacob and Justin arrived on time and gave me an estimate matching what I'd been told on the phone. When I asked about the Angie's discount, I was told it was "already included" in the quoted price. This put me off because it felt like the discount was used to get my business, but then not actually given. They successfully snaked my drain to remove the clog. Since it didn't take too long, I asked if they had time to fix my dripping tub faucet, which I assumed was a fairly straight-forward repair. Well, they went to the hardware store 2 times for washers and still couldn't fix the drip after a couple hours. I was told that they don't make washers anymore that will fit my 1950s plumbing. Jacob did not charge for the unfixed tub drip but I offered a generous tip. I later regretted this because: After they leave, I discover that though the drip wasn't fixed, my shower had suddenly lost half its previous water pressure. They actually made things worse! I had to go out of town the next day and also felt embarrassed to call them back since I was already made to feel guilty about how much time they'd spent on the drip. When it started to mildew, I discovered clear caulk had been sloppily smeared all over the tiles about 1 inch around the faucets. I had to scrape it off. Summary: on time, successfully snaked drain, unsuccessful in fixing drip, made my shower water pressure suck in the process

Jacob did a great job, but I was surprised by the high price for the service.

Everything went well. They were professional and courteous, but we chose another company with a lower bid. They also arrived slightly outside of the window they provided for coming to the house.

Jacob, the owner of Sovereignty Plumbing, is a true gem! My kitchen sink was leaking so I checked Angie's list. I called and Jacob answered in the first two rings. He was actually able to come out the same afternoon. When he realized there was traffic and he'd be fifteen minutes late, he called to let me know! Jacob was polite, friendly, professional, and really knew what he was doing. My building was built in 1907. If you know anything about old buildings, and if you don't - let me tell you - there are no simple repairs in residences over one hundred years old! That's just a matter of fact. This didn't phase Jacob in the least. He was thoughtful and tenacious; I believe he enjoys his work. It shows in the end result. Jacob, at Sovereignty plumbing, will get the job done! This is a trustworthy company. I can honestly say I was delighted to experience "good old fashioned" customer service today. Jacob seemed to genuinely care about what he was doing; as well as his customers. He stayed until the job was finished. While he came prepared (and had seemingly every part under the sun on his truck) - he needed a certain part for the odd configuration of my 1907 kitchen sink. He quickly went to the hardware store and got it, without hesitation or complaint! Jacob even brought a tiny shop vac and cleaned up after himself. I found him to be honest and easy to work with. His price was more than fair for the time he spent and the quality of the work he did. He also fixed my toilet, which had been running, in a matter of minutes (and with just a mere adjustment)! Would I call Sovereignty Plumbing back again? Yes, you bet I will! I would not hesitate, and you shouldn't either!

Jacob was professional, took his time to do the job right and was very neat. I have another job for him when we can set a date. I love the fact that he will work on Saturday so I don't have to take time off from work. My son was here and he is going to call Jacob to fix a leak in his home. I recommend him highly!

My mom needed help with a running toilet. Jacob was very responsive on a holiday weekend when other places were closed. I made an appointment for him to come out and he followed up right on time. My mom was very impressed. He was polite, professional and installed new parts that were better than what she already had. She could not have been more pleased and I found him very easy to work with. I mentioned I found him through Angie's List and he promptly gave me the member discount. I will call them again should another plumbing issue arise. Great experience all around.

It went great. He was punctual. He answered all of my questions. He finished exactly when he said he would. He did a very good job.

They found the time to come soon with a firm price, and did the work quickly and well. They showed up on time. Their price was much lower than another firm we had used that was just working from a price list. Jacob (the propreitor of Sovereignty Plumbing) was friendly, knowledgeble, and easy to talk to. Also, we asked them for an estimate on some other work we were considering, and Jacob asked much more inteligent and in-depth questions than another person who had given us an estimate. Jacob's approach gave me confidence there would be no surprises. Also, his quote for that job was very reasonable.
