Sonoma Valley Pool & Spa

I was very disappointed with them. They were here a couple of times and I thought things were going well but last month they didn’t show up. There was another pool problem that cropped up and they were supposed to be here on the 23rd but it was a no show. It has been a month now with no explanation, phone call ---no nothing. When you called to get my review, I had been pondering what to do about this problem. They seemed like nice people but turned out to be very unreliable so I could never recommend them.

I finally did call them, and Saul admitted that he had simply forgotten to come back to do the repair he had promised. It was weeks and weeks before the pool was finally clean enough to use.

Saul is such a great guy! He knows most people are on a budget and is one of those rare service people who actually tries to teach the customer things about their pool so that they can do some of the tasks themselves. He is punctual and has been in business so many years that he is an expert with pools and spas and his prices are way more reasonable than most other pool services. I would highly recommend Sonoma Pool and Spa to anyone!
