When my refrigerator leaked, I first called the mfgr and they scheduled an appt w/ their national service co. That appt ran beyond the promised time so I cancelled. The repairman arrived that evening at 7:00 pm and did not seem surprised that the appt had been cancelled.
Called my local repair co. and was immediately given a convenient service time by Roberta with the advice that if I experienced any problems I should call them and Darrell would squeeze me in as necessary. Darrell arrived earlier than booked and immediately diagnosed the problem and had the necessary materal to complete the repair. An easy, pleasant repair experience, and a chance to
get acquainted with my local repair resource. Family owned and operated.
