About us
I offer both vehicle repairs as well as computer repairs. I and my specialist are my only two employees working for this company at this time. We prefer to travel to the customers designated place to do an initial inspection and possibly repairs. Or we can bring the vehicle to the shop where we can conduct more complicated repairs if needed. We do not have a set schedule so we are on call at all times, please call us to set up a time for your initial quote. Billing will be easy and simple. We will be able to accept Money Orders, PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex), and cash. Checks will only be accepted with the mandatory 3-5 day clearing time (Bounced checks will have an additional fee of $35) Financing/payments may be accepted at my discretion (On labor costs only) with an initial down payment that will be specified in the quote. Financing is not subject to interest. The initial inspection of the vehicle will come at no charge (Unless outside of the specified area of travel, which there will be a travel fee, if the quote is accepted and work is completed this will be refunded back to you). After the initial inspection a quote for parts will be generated by myself and offered to the customer. If the customer accepts the quote for parts then the quote for labor will be generated, if both quotes are accepted then the customer will be charged for parts before work begins. When the work is finished the customer will then pay for the labor quoted. If there are changes needed to be made for parts or labor in the middle of work the customer will be notified before additional work is completed. If the additional amendment quote is rejected then only the work specified in the original quote will be completed at the customer's request.
