"Vision Landscaping strives to provide professional landscape maintenance services with great customer service. Our customers appreciate the weekly email communication detailing services that were completed and to provide them an opportunity to ask questions or express concerns. Vision addresses these questions/concerns and immediately rectifies them. Our number one priority is making sure that our customers are happy with the services. At Vision Landscaping we enjoy creating relationships with our customers and from our relationships our customers have referred their friends and family. Before services are started, customers choose a plan that fits their budget and needs. It is clearly stated that any work outside of their plan is at an additional cost. If extra work is requested by our customer we let them know what the additional costs are and provide a written estimate. Additional services are not started until the customer has agreed to the terms. [member name removed] was fully aware of the extra cost for the additional work that she requested. We completed several different projects for [member name removed] while we were servicing her property. In regards to not performing work on November 28th, services were performed at the home while the homeowner was away on vacation. Vision Landscaping is an ethical company and would never charge our customers for services that were not completed. When attempts were made to get payment status, [member name removed] became unhappy. During the process, we were extremely patient and understanding to our customers situation and agreed to several different payment plans [member name removed] had requested. Unfortunately, when the payments were not made this would prompt us to reach out again for an account status and another payment plan was instituted."
