It went good cat is still alive. They were professional.

The appointment started on time. The kitten's vitals were taken, Dr. Novy examined her and was very pleased she was doing so well.  The staff took her away to install the chip and take the blood sample for the mini panel.  They brought her back shortly and we paid the bill which seemed to be very reasonable.  There are several staff employees who all appear to be busy in assigned functions and the overall impression is that it is an efficiently run vet's office.  The blood results were reported by the next day and were favorable although it was recommended to bring her back in 6 months for a follow-up.  We were happy with the visit and the service.

Our lab-mix had a growth on his right paw. Dr. Ron's quoted $3800 to remove it and and quot;necessaryand quot; testing. Our dog is 14 years old and we didn't want him rebuilt, just comfortable for his last couple years. Valley Vet did the procedure at less than half the cost and our and quot;Shadyand quot; is doing great!! They did not do all the and quot;UNNECESSARYand quot; BS that Ron's wanted. VALLEY VET is our new vet for our 6 dogs.

It went very well. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. I will be returning.

They are always outstanding. There are great people in there; outstanding vets and remarkable staff. They are so compassionate, efficient, and loving. They know how to treat the animals, even more importantly, they know how important they are to you. They understand how to take care of you and your animal. I have one right now who is fifteen, a lot of people don't even think she's that age because they've worked so well for so long and I have them to thank for that.

Dr. Lowell Novy runs it. A friend recommended them to me. The office seems to be well run and the people are very nice. Dr. Novy seems to be very knowledgeable. I guess he does a lot of police dogs for alchemy and he does a lot of service for people who cannot afford to get their dogs and cats neutered and stuff like that and they actually have stray and neuter clinic so they do a lot of work in between these as well. I did quite a lot of stuff there and paid around $150 for all of his first shots and they did some body work and stuff because he's going to get neutered soon. I've gone back several times. Their price is not bad. Their punctuality has been really good most of the times, but occasionally I've had to wait. They interact really well with my dogs. I would continue to use them in the future.

Not much to tell since my cat wasn't sick. I had a few questions that I've had trouble getting answers to, and the Dr. addressed them to my satisfaction.

VERY KIND AND MADE ME FEEL GREAT ABOUT THE OUTCOME OF MY DOGS HEALTH.

ALL OF THE VETS AND EMPLOYEES ARE WONDERFUL HERE. HOWEVER, DR. SPITZER IS THE MOST ATTENTIVE AND CARING VETERINARIAN I HAVE EVER KNOWN.

THE VET'S IN THIS OFFICE PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE SERVICE TO ALL PET OWNERS. THEY ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, WELL TRAINED, AND TREAT THE OWNERS WITH RESPECT, AS WELL AS THE ANIMALS.

IT HAPPENED ON A SUNDAY AND THEY HAD JUST CLOSED. THE TECH ADVISED ME I COULD BRING HIM IN ON AN EMERGENCY CALL, I COULD PULL IT OFF MYSELF OR I COULD WRAP IT UP AND BRING HIM IN THE MORNING AND NOT HAVE TO PAY THE EMERGENCY FEES. EITHER WAY HE WOULD BE FINE SHE SAID.

VALLEY VET'S OFFICE WAS ABLE TO GET OUR DOG IN A TIMELY MANNER AND RAN THE TESTS NEEDED, HAVE MEDICINE ON HAND THAT SHE NEEDED AND WITHIN A FEW DAYS, SHE WAS FEELING MUCH BETTER.

THEY WERE KIND TO MY PET.
