They were slow to respond to my inquiries. They said they could come over to look at the job on a Saturday, but were unable to give me a time. To save us both time, I gave them the specifics of the job (perimeter of the pool, the linear feet of tile required, number of staples to repair a crack, etc.) so as to get an apples to apples comparison. They asked me to fax over the other bids, the relevant contents of which I had already given them, but I refused, because I didn't want them to see the prices of the other bids. They talked it over and decided not to bid on or look at the job. I'm not surprised that they score so low on Angie's List.
Description of Work: I called them based on a recommendation from my pool service man. We never even got to estimate stage.

Cordial during the estimate. Promised to meet with me to discuss details, but never did. The new surface of the pool caused bleeding, open abrasions and lacerations. Doug came over to meet with me, but refused to correct the problem. The Contractor's State License Board intervened and Doug settled prior to the hearing.
Description of Work: Re-surfaced our 18 year old pool.
