I've used Tom for several years for my stereo repair needs. This time the receiver was overheating and Tom fixed it. Tom takes the time to explain each repair thoroughly. His prices are more than fair. ALSO: I have a breathing disability, and Tom goes out of his way to make sure the work is done in a manner that protects my health (doesn't contaminate unit with fragrances or chemical products).
