If I needed a plumber again, I would not hire anyone else unless they were unable to provide service. Matthew was courteous, efficient and did his best to go that extra mile with both his service and recommendations. A real pleasure to have in my home under difficult circumstances. A+ all the way around!

My new water heater (only 5 days use) had a gas leak that Edison tagged dangerous. I needed it removed and taken back to store. Jay from Highsmith & Daughters was so very helpful and supportive (I was at my wits end. ) We picked up a new water heater and he made sure it was working properly and even tested water pressure and it was too high. Jay called Mathew and he came, saw what I needed and brought part. All this took place in the evening and Jay stayed until it was completed to both our satisfaction. I'm very grateful to Highsmith & Daughters Plumbing: Jay, Mathew and Phyllis who answers the phone and goes the extra mile also.

I would like to first commend Matthew (#20) for his professional demeanor. He was also very friendly and courteous. I couldn't have asked for better Customer service. It was for the money the best service on the market. Don't go anywhere else. Matthew not only completely cleared my drain but allowed me to get a recording of the main from the cleanout to the lateral by using my USB drive. If you go anywhere else you are wasting your money. Turned up promptly to unclog our landscape drain of tree roots etc. Brought good equipment and used it well. They investigated all the adjoining drains and were able to give us a full and very useful assessment. Very fair price. Will definitely hire them again.

Matt is a very personable guy. Very flexible. We ran into some issues with the system leaking due to media in the seals on one of the tanks and he stayed with the job until it was done. I've already booked another project with H & D.

Not one of those companies that sends out a "project manager/sales rep" to do the estimate who is then more concerned with selling you other goods and services rather than the one you called them about. Easy to talk with and very trustworthy. Would definitely use them again for other plumbing jobs.

On time and very honest, replaced the water pressure regulator. Replaced all the components in both toilets and did not try to sell us new toilets, everything works fine. This was my 3rd attempt to get a plummer, so don't waste your time with other plummers, call this company first.
