Adam, Hector and Juan arrived and in just a few hours, they got everything that hadn't been working for us fixed and working great -- our home theater, Sonos system, internet devices (Eero power over ethernet router to two remote access points at opposite ends of the house so we are now actually getting over 600 MBPS throughout the house!), Magic Jack and iTalk BB VOIP phone lines, 2 Apple TV devices, and a hardwire connection from the central house modem to the home theater for no WiFi signal drop off there. We couldn’t be happier!

After experiencing other companies claiming they knew how to take care of my sound system needs (failed miserably), I had the good fortune to connect with "Get Wired". They didn't ask for my equipment manuals so they could read them for clues how to address my problems. They knew exactly what the issues were and how to address them. Now, i don't have to worry about whos' going to solve my theatre system problems... I just call "Get Wired"... Done !!

We had Get Wired come out and update our 12 year old On-Q router/network switch/wifi and update cables to Cat6 throughout our home. Adam came and gave us a bid with 3 different options to go with and varying costs. The day of install Adam came and did the work, Solomon showed up to help at one point. They did an amazing job. Everything works great, they kept everything clean and the speed in all areas of the home is great. They even made the smart panel in my closet look amazing by getting rid of unnecessary wires and pulling the excess wires back into the wall. We ended up with Eero PoE 6 and a Araknis Networks 110 Series. This is the second time I have had them out and will have them again should a situation arise. You can't go wrong with hiring Get Wired Tec!!!

Quick turn around and very helpful. I have an old Speakercraft whole house music system and the control head in our kitchen had broken. I called and Shara understood my problem and set up an appointment for the next afternoon. Solomon and Adam were on time and installed and programmed the replacement control head that I had. Everyone was very efficient, friendly and easy to work with. Definitely will use again.

I originally engaged Get Wired Tec to install & program some additional exterior Ring security cameras, but ended-up also having them upgrade our entire home WiFi, along with WiFi extenders to enable all of the external Ring cameras to function at a high level of efficiency. The theme of this review is “over & above”, from my first contact with company COO, Shara, to the professional (& patient) advice & technical expertise of Adam, who handled all the installation work. There were some unexpected “challenges” along the way, but Adam went “above & beyond” in making sure the job was completed beyond expectations. Just an overall pleasure working with the entire Get Wired Tec “team”.
