Fire Break Protection System Inc have a system where they have these things that the helicopters drop and they claim they never lost a house. You can actually set it off yourself with a cellphone. If you're not in the area when the fire breaks out, you can actually call in and hit 4 numbers and it sets it off. The service is a little pricey, it depends on how big the house is. They make sure that the tank has all the chemicals in it and that the system is unclogged.
