I very much appreciated Duttonâ s commitment to my safety during these Covid times. The workers arrived wearing mask and gloves the entire time they were in my home. Also appreciated the covering of of shoes while here; very respectful and caring. The workers communicated what was needed to complete the job very well, and I was happy with the cleanup afterwards. Overall a great experience.

We ordered a whole house water purification/softening system. Pricey but worth it over time. Can drink water anywhere in the house. System reverses mineral build-up in pipes and saves your appliances. Very happy with the system and it was worth the cost.

I had a water pipe leak in the concrete slab. I had a plumber diagnose the problem, but they could not fix it. They told me I had to get a company that can determine where the leak was in the slab. I then called Dutton plumbing and they told me they could diagnose where the leak was and repair it. David Walker the technician was excellent.

A Gentlemen named Javier performed the work for me. I ran into several challenges that were unexpected. Javier did an absolutely great job. In addition to the work quality, their customer service is the most professional of any plumbing company I have dealt with. In fact, they are at the top in customer service when compared to other companies in general.I have left only one more public recommendation that I can recall, so this is not something I would usually do. Steve, the technician that came to my house was honest and probably knew his stuff. Dutton contacted me through Home Advisor. I asked the person that called if they serviced the specific brand of watersoftner that we have. She said that they did. I paid $39 for Steve to very professionally tell me that he had never worked on this brand before and could not fix my problem. High marks for Steve. Low marks for Dutton service rep.

Dutton Plumbing is an excellent organization. I had drains that were emptying slowly and a faucet in my kitchen that had serious corrosion in the pipes. Steven Vidaca, the plumber, was on time, had great technical skills and was very professional. He took the appropriate time to ensure the work was done correctly. This first experience with Dutton is 5+. I recommend them to you and particularly Steven Vidaca

Ryan was fantastic. I thought I needed a new flange because the studs were too short for the new toilet and the previous owner added tile in the room, and that prevented the studs from coming out. Ryan reviewed the situation and suggested against changing the flange, and instead working out the grout around the studs. Thus being able to make the change to the longer studs. That saved a lot of money that was unnecessary. He then installed the new toilet. He did a great job, and was a very pleasant and professional person. Dutton answered my call and had someone contact me to fix my problem in minutes after my first contact with them. I highly recommend then and Ryan. Thanks.

Both Ryan and Cole were very professional, on time and courteous. My only concern was the total cost of the project. It was quite a bit more expensive than I had anticipated.
