How did it go? This company, while making a fairly good product, has the worst customer service I've ever encountered bar none! When I do get to talk to someone they act so daft and then pass my call on to someone else who doesn't help either. Their system for handling problems stinks! Whoever the person is running this department is should be let go for gross incompetence.
