Everything went well until we found the water stain on the ceiling in our small office. since it is very cold, we don't use that room unless we need to grab something out of there. Anyway we climbed up and found an 11 inch size air ballon shaped bubble on the silicone coated flat roof and we thought probably it caused that leak. They responded pretty quick and someone, a manager came out the next day. We really appreciate that part. After his inspection he said the bubble did nothing to do with that leak. And then he checked the strip shingles and found out it was not completely sealed and glued to the flat area. That was his first interpretation but later he mentioned it could be a preexisting problem with wall next to that piece not from their unfinished job on the shingles. Later Chris called me and informed the repair was finished. When I mentioned the paint work needs to be done. he can provide some companies with our cost , also he said it could be from a problem with the wall not from their workers job like the other guy even though it happened 1 year after their whole roof replacemen work even though we had never a problem. Besides this one, there are a couple of more things I need to mention. First one, when they put the topped shingles not in the center obviously tilted to one side shows they hired unexperienced workers, not sure from labor shortages during the busiest season. After all they had to redo that. And the other one is 2lifted shingle pieces with pretty good size room from metal close to wall even though Other shingles with same conditions are well attached without any space unlike these two. But again he wouldn't seem to care. We'd like to ask If if leaks after complete whole new roof work without any leak history while living in that place, what would you think cause that? Who would you think the owner has to pay for the paint from a leak after the job? " choose a very professional and responsible roofing company" Thanks for your time.

They repaired the roof and when there was an issue with the skylights, they were prompt to re-do the seal around the skylights. The repaired area looks great; no one can see that the tiles were removed and then replaced after.

August Roofing was very professional - I give them an "A" all around. I gave them a "B" for responsiveness only because it took a little over a week to get an emailed quote from them (understandable since it was busy season - November). But the quote was very thorough with pictures and a layout. Ultimately went with another Angies List company because they offered a longer warranty on their work. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Professional and responsive from start to finish. They were always on time and willing to work with me on scheduling and pricing. In particular, Jamie Guajardo made everything run smoothly so there were no surprises. August had good references on Angie's List, Yelp, and from a property management company. I've learned that if a property management company uses a vendor/contractor, then it's a good sign that the contractor is reliable and consistent. Definitely true with August.

August roofing - They proposed and delivered. We met with their experienced estimator, Jeff who spent several hours with us checking our house and garage. Once we received his estimate we were pleasantly surprised and agreed that August was the company to redo our old leaky roof with a lot of dry rot. They came as promised and fixed all of our dry rot, and put on a the tar paper and shingles for a new sun reflective roof. Javier, the supervisor, and Cesar, the head man on site, were able to solve all our concerns as the job continued throughout the week They performed as per our contract which was comprehensive. August is a very reliable roofer.

Very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I believe the work was done well and don't anticipate any leaks where the work was performed.

The entire project would have taken 3 days to complete if the roofing supply company had sent all of the required materials. We had to wait for the correct ridge caps to arrive. I ordered the best warranty available for the Certainteed products, which required the upgraded ridge caps. The roofing supply company did not have these in stock thus the delay. Everything was completed in three days except for the ridge caps.

August roofing was very attentive to my questions and specific requests. They were very helpful in describing the process and options available. When I found a few minor problems, they responded with timely corrections.

August roofing has a well deserved reputation for quality work. The city inspector even told me I chose wisely when hiring August roofing.
He sees all different kinds of roofing jobs and told me August roofing always does top notch work.

Excellent company! The crew was on time, efficient and pleasant every day. No surprises, delays and disappointments through out the job duration. I strongly recommend them.

August Roofing came out and provided a good quote to put a new cool roof layer on our flat roof. I received quotes all over the place for this work with various scopes to fix the older roof. August came in and provided a good quote, honored an angies list coupon, and started work almost immediately. I can only assume that there are no problems, that is until it rains, but their reputation and warranty gives me very good piece of mind. Time will tell, but so far I can easily recommend them to anyone with roofing needs.

Four very friendly, knowledgeable guys  turned up on time and got straight on with the work. They answered any questions I had and obviously knew what they were doing. They were efficient,  wasted no time and left the roof and my yard cleaner than it was when they arrived! To my surprise they also painted the bright shiny metal pipe that the furnace guys had installed a few months ago so it now matches the roof - so much better.

As usual Angies list came through.

From the very start it went seamlessly.  The crew arrived as scheduled, tore off old shake roof, made a few repairs (dry rot), then proceeded with the reroofing.  Beautiful job, crew always very informative if we had questions - they were polite, punctual and professional.  The job site was cleaned up each day.  It was a pleasure doing business with August Roofing and would highly recommend them.

We had many damaged ceramic tile - that were shown to us by Daniel in his estimate.

Several roofers came to the job, and never bothered to take photos of the damage, so this

was much appreciated.

Also the staff that did the installation were honest enough to alert us to some minor

damage they caused, but Chris is taking care of this at no charge. Again, thanks!
