AAA Calvert Electrical, Heating & Air Conditioning

They never responded to my request for quote.

We were gathering quotes for a new central heating and AC system for our 1952 house. It required the installation of ducting and registers as well as the new furnace/fan and AC condenser. The estimator from this company was very courteous and professional and talked through a number of options for heating and AC. However, their price was 30% higher than the company we selected.

On time, organized; skilled, honest, responsible and neat. Great people, from office staff to technicians. Would recommend them to anyone.

Price was lowered than any other estimates, yet the product and the service was very satisfying. Office staff was professional. Their follow up was good. I highly recommend this company.

How did it go? Well. Was impressed with the organization, efficiency, and overall operation. From electricians to HVAC specialists to the worker who cut the duct holes: all knew their job and went about it without much wasting of time. We just had to get out of the way and let them work. After interviewing 4 or 5 other a/c companies all said they wanted to put my furnace in the attic. Having a flame in the attic didn't seem right - especially when the filters must be changed regularly. AAA Calvert was the only company who agreed to put the furnace in its original closet. The Rheem system is still working well.

It started and ended with outstanding customer service and professionalism which are hard to find today. Their technician came out on time to see if a simple repair could fix the problem before replacing the furnace. He put people before sales. The estimate was fair and honest, and one of the best I've seen. Their standard of business conduct is impressive. They provide their service with a product that has a good reputation and known to be simple to repair by any independent technician to repair. Unfortunately, my real estate client was not able to use their service. For the last several months, I've searched on Yelp, Google, and Angie's List for HVAC service. By far, I trust this company the most. I highly recommend this company for anyone who understands that doing the repairs the right way from the beginning ends up saving money.

Our heater was not working and they fixed it. They came the same day we called.

I received an estimate the same day I contacted them, an appointment was set up that worked with my schedule, and the workers arrived promptly. All the work was completed and they went above and beyond by calling the manufacturer about a problem with one of the ceiling fans. I will definitely be using AAA Calvert again!

We called AAA Calvert after the coldest day of this winter season and discovered our heating system was not working. Jason arrived on time (actually a few minutes early after first calling us) on January 12, 2018. He made his way to the attic and approximately 25 minutes later came down to say that we had heat. What a relief since we have a 25 year old system and feared the worse. We were thrilled with the final cost of the repair. This was our first time working with AAA Calvert. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of our questions including how long he thought the repair would last. We would definitely call again for any repairs.

On September 19, based on the rating on Angie’s List, we contacted AAA Calvert via text for a quote to replace our existing HVCA. Within couple of hour we received a phone call from Lauri Sullivan, a representative of the company offering their services, and the following day we were presented with their proposal, a equipment brochures and the AHRI certificate.  During the weeks that followed, Lauri graciously answered all of our questions and concerns and with great patience made us feel always comfortable and never force to make any quick decision. My husband and I decided to have AAA Calvert do the job because we felt confortable and confident with their performance. Today, November 3rd, the installation to replace our air conditioning & heating system was completed. As scheduled, Ramon and a crew of three additional workers arrived to our place, and my husband and I were very impressed by their professionalism and customer skills. The installation was performed effortless and were in awe how quietly and efficient was performed. Ramon took extra time to explain how the new unit worked and answered our questions and addressed all of our concerns. Once everything was completed and the unit was working perfectly, the crew did an excellent job in cleaning up! We definitely would like to give high marks to Lauri, Ramon and the entire AAA crew and unquestionable we will refer AAA to our friends, family and acquaintance. I went really good. They came on time and went right to work and did a very good job. I had them pick out the ceiling fan after telling them what I wanted as well as the doorbell. They got me exactly what I wanted. I love the new ceiling fan and the doorbell and stove vent fan are great as well. The new motor on the stove fan makes it quieter and it works better than the old one.

Was easy to book over the phone. Since they are pretty busy you may have to book in advance. Perhaps not the best solution if you have an emergency but none of the jobs I've had them do fall into that category. They are prompt and clean up after themselves.

Electrician pulled old wire and replaced. Only complaint is we were charged for more time than he was actually here. Charged us for 90 minutes and it was closer to 60.

Went OK. They told me prices up front for labor and coolant (if I needed any). Turns out I didn't need any coolant. Only down side was I had to wait about a week. But I think it was because the weather was hot and they had a lot of calls.

I don't have air but I on heating I've used Calvert AAA before.  They were pretty good.  Their price seemed reasonable.

The installers were prompt and professional. They phoned me to tell me they were on the way.

AAA Calvert responded promptly to all inquiries, showed up when they said they would, and completed the job for the amount quoted. Workers were courteous and efficient and the system works fine. Would be happy to use this service again.

All went well. On time, professional and knowledgable. Would hire again.

I've used them four times, and they are terrific. They come out usually the same day, and they get the job done and they charge $85.00 because of an Angie's list discount, and they always get it fix the first time around and they are just fabulous. They were very responsive, they respond quickly, they fix it the first time around, they're through.

I called AAA Calvert in the late morning, and by mid-afternoon they had fixed the problem! They were courteous, prompt and charged reasonably. I will definitely use this company again!

I've hired AAA Calvert for a couple times now and they do great work. They installed a new kitchen ventilation fan, drilled holes in ceiling and roof and connected ducting as well as a switch for it. I also hired them to remove all knob & tube wiring in my house and to rewire where there was cloth wire. All work was done quickly, they were honest with their hours and it was very affordable. Also the guys showed up on time and were pleasant to work with. Would definitely use them again.

They were great. Price was average. They were on time.
