YELLOW HOUSE VAC & SEW CTR

Very badly. the extention tube broke about 4 months later. I didn't get back to him about it until April 2010. He said it was not a warrantied replacement since it looked like I broke it. I said OK and asked him to order the new piece. It was going to cost only $25. I then asked him if he repaired sewing machines. He said yes. I told him about my old heavy duty Singer machine. It was the type made in Germany in the 50s -60s. He knew all about this kind of machine. I offered to give it to him since I was moving and giving a lot of things away and he seemed to be someone who would appreciate this machine. A couple of day later I delivered the machine to him. He was obviously delighted. He said he would give me the part for my broken vacuum for free when it came in. The sewing machine was worth about $150 or more but the trade was fine with me since I really wasn't looking for any money. I was just giving him a gift rather than taking the machine to Good Will. I never received my replacement part from him. He had said he would mail it to me as soon as it came. I've called him many times and also left many phone messages. The one time I did get thru to hiim he said he would call me back. He has never responded. I'd say don't buy from him because not only are the vacuums he sells of poor quality but he also doesn't back them up or service them.

BOUGHT A SEBO VACUUM FROM THEM, THE OWNER SUGGESTED THE MODEL. HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. THEY SAID THEY ORDERED A NEW PART FROM SEBO: TOOK WEEKS. I HAD TO CALL THEM. THE VACUUM STILL DOESN'T WORK SO I CALLED SEBO AMERICA. THEY SAID THEY NEVER SENT A PART TO THIS COMPANY AND THAT THEY ARE NOT AN AUTHORIZED SEBO DEALER, EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY WERE. THE OWNER IS NEVER AVAILABLE TO TALK TO AND THE HELP KEEPS CHANGING. BASICALLY THEY LIED. I HAVE TO TAKE MY VACUUM TO ANOTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER. I JUST HOPE THIS COMPANY DIDN'T MESS WITH MY MACHINE.
