I thought their prices were low and I appreciate that. They are personable so they actually have personalities when they talk to you. I feel like I'm in very good hands with them. They come in here just efficient. They just clean and I appreciate that.

I used We Clean America to clean my home before moving in. Called them and set up an appointment for Friday late afternoon on the rate of $80 for 2hours of cleaning with 2 people. They never showed up at the scheduled time of 3pm, i was not notified that no one was coming and they didn't think that it was important to do so. I called and they apologized and said someone could come out first thing saturday morning, which was my moving day so i was going to be running all around as it was and now they are adding the inconvenience of having to monitor the cleaning people. They were supposed to be there at 8am and did not arrive till 9am, once they arrived the required payment to start the job. at this moment the cleaning people that only spoke spanish were telling me that i owed more than i was told on the phone, so i get the lady back on the phone from We Clean America (Laurie) she then goes to tell me that i only owe $70 that they are taking an extra $10 off for my inconvenience (This did not make the cleaning people there happy to only receive $70) . I walked them through everything i needed cleaned and then was called back by the agency (Laurie) who is now shouting at me, and claiming that im a liar because i did not disclose that my home was vacant?! This is my first time using a cleaning service and i had no idea this information was my obligation to disclose? She is now demanding $140 for the job or they will not get started, literally shouting at me over the phone. I try to talk sense into her on how it is not my fault that she failed to do her job properly to ask me if the home was vacant or not. They continued cleaning but i had to take off to start my move. Once i made it back the crew took off without waiting for me how i had instructed. The house was not properly cleaned. the floors were still dusty, cobwebs on ceiling fans, dust on the face of a the fridge, dust on walls, dirty windows (OVERALL A VERY LOUSY JOB) I am now in the process of trying to get my money back.

We used We Clean America regularly for about six months, having our house cleaned every two weeks. We generally had good experiences with the teams of cleaners that they sent (they typically send a two-person team whose services they contract)--but that was experience with these independently contracted teams, not with WCA themselves. We were distressed by what we gathered from the various teams who came through about how they were being treated by WCA. We heard reports from two different teams that they were not being treated well by the company. When one of our teams left WCA and went into business for themselves, they reported that WCA had badmouthed them to other clients. The second team encouraged us to stop hiring through WCA because of their experience as contracted employees. With regards to a third team: a WCA representative came after they left to check up on how they had done. Whatever I said about the team (whom we felt had done a fine job), the representative rephrased to put the team in harsh light: I: "They didn't talk with us." She: "So, you're saying they were rude?" I: "They weren't rude--they just didn't chat with us like our previous team." She: "I understand. They didn't act in a professional manner." We were thus concerned that my having answered the representative's questions at all would lead to the team in question being chastised or losing work. Finally, it seemed to us that WCA was not communicating with the teams effectively about schedule changes. For instance, on one occasion, a team showed up an hour late but seemed unaware that they had not come when scheduled. Once all of this had come to light, we decided to stop using WCA's services.

For a person who lives alone and travels often, my apartment does not get very messy. So twice per month is more than frequent enough to keep the floors, cabinets, etc looking clean and bright. However, I always found their work to be mediocre - it was clean-ish. They only did the minimum - no "above and beyond" work. The utility sink in my laundry area did not get cleaned ONE time in 6 months. I have a cat who likes to sleep on my livingroom chair - they never vacuumed the chair. Overall, I guess I was overcharged. I finally decided to terminate service when they failed to carry out specific cleaning requests on the day I was throwing a party - simple requests, like "clean the utility sink" and "vacuum the fur off the chair". I called to complain so the service sent the cleaners back out. The cleaners made excuses, saying they "already did" the things I asked....which was obviously not true. So I sent them away and called the service again. The service repeated that they cleaners HAD done what I asked....even without seeing my apartment. So basically they took the word of the cleaners over the word of the customer. Then they offered me a $15 credit toward my next cleaning. That was not satisfactory so I asked them to terminate my service. They did...without apology.

Crew of two (man and woman) came at very close to the agreed upon time. Only one spoke enough English to understand and communicate fairly well. The crew hardly brought any cleaning supplies. Even though it was specified that there were tile floors, they only brought a broom and no mop. Used a towel to ?mop? floor which only moved dirt around. Cleaned only half of the kitchen cabinets; left old food particles on cabinet doors. Did not clean window sills or the window frames even though they were obviously filled with dirt and I specifically asked them to do so. Left floors sticky and dirty. Did not clean oven thoroughly. Left bathroom shower dirty. Overall it seemed like they moved dirt around for the four hours they were here. Complete waste of money. Complained to supervisor about lame job. He came out, inspected work, and agreed on poor level of performance. He then offered to have house re-cleaned. Will not be using this company again.

They vary a great deal in quality because they don't send out the same crew every time. Some of their staff doesn t even speak English, so it was hard to communicate with them. They basically came and did what they wanted to do and were in a hurry when they did it. They are not good at showing up on time and sometimes I have to call to find out where they are. I just don't think that I will be using them again.

I was not very happy with their work because when they were finished they would never put the furniture back where they belong and things were always out of place. Sometimes the work would be just okay but I was not completely satisfied.

The last time I used this service in April 2006 I had a crew of 3 people who worked for 2 hours for $85. During that time they were able to clean the whole house up to a grade level of C+ or B-, which was fine for my purposes. This time they sent a crew of 3 people, and they told me they could only work for one hour. There was only time to do the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. My house has 4 bedrooms in @2000 sq. Ft., so this was disappointing. They were in a huge hurry the whole time. They did an OK job with those 3 rooms. I hadn't had a chance to pick up some items on the floor before they came. There were also things I left out on the counters which are their regular homes. Well, they stashed things away in unexpected places, so that I still can't find them. They should have just stacked things up neatly in a corner if they didn't know what to do with them. I will now never find my olive oil or my bathtub drain plug. They didn't clean my stove top properly either.

THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED SEEMED OVERWORKED. THE YOUNG GIRL DIDN'T DO A VERY GOOD JOB. SHE WAS JUST TIRED, FRAZZLED, AND HAD BEEN WORKING ALL DAY. THEY SEEMED TIRED WHEN THEY GOT THERE.

I THOUGHT THEY DID A BARELY ADEQUATE JOB. IT WAS BORDERLINE. I THINK THEY OVER CHARGED FOR IT, AND I DIDN'T THINK THEY WERE HONEST ABOUT IT. I DIDN'T LIKE THE PEOPLE. THEY HAD ATTITUDE PROBLEMS. THEY DIDN'T DO WHAT YOU ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY DID WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO. THEY DID MORE THAN SUPERFICIAL CLEANING. THEY DID DEEP CLEANING. THEY MISSED PLACES. THE VACUUM BUMPED INTO HIGH QUALITY INSTRUMENTS.

IT'S ADEQUATE. I ASKED ONLY FOR A LIMITED SERVICE BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR A THOROUGH CLEANING. WHAT I ASKED THEM TO DO WAS VERY SIMPLE. IT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE BY A 16-YEAR-OLD. THEY DID THAT, AND IT WAS ADEQUATE. IT WASN'T CONDITIONS WHERE THEY COULD CLEAN THOROUGHLY. IT WAS DONE AS I ASKED. IT WASN'T DONE THAT GREAT. IT WAS DONE FAIRLY WELL BUT NOT GREAT.

THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN, THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET RIGHT ON IT, AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. WHEN I FINALLY CALLED BACK, AND ASKED ABOUT THE CLEANERS NOT CLEANING, THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF IT.

AFTER USING THEM MAYBE FOUR TIMES, I FOUND THEM TO BE PROMPT ONLY HALF THE TIME. THEY CANCELED ON ME ONCE WITH NO OFFER TO MAKE UP FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. THE WORK WAS MEDIOCRE, RUSHED. IT LOOKS GREAT AT FIRST UNTIL YOU TAKE A CLOSER LOOK AND FIND MANY NOOKS AND CRANNIES UNDONE.

THE MAID SERVICE WAS NOT PUNCTUAL AND WOULD CANCEL ON THE SAME DAY OF SERVICE BY LEAVING A MESSAGE ON MY HOME PHONE. THEY DID NOT DO A GOOD JOB CLEANING SO I DID NOT USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
