Ahmad and his crew are fantastic. Got a new water heater installed by them after my old one stopped working. They had the new one installed that same afternoon. Ahmed took care of everything including calling company of new water heater to make sure I received an upgrade of the warranty. I will use them for all future plumbing needs.

Their representative came to the house and told me what I needed to purchase and that they would come and install the part once I had it. I obtained the part but completed the installation myself. Everything was very professional and helpful. I will trust them the next time I have work that requires a professional plumber.

They were quick, reasonably priced, and very professional. Others who I called to address the issue bid higher and wanted both to upcharge and convince me to buy a whole new water heater rather than replace the offending connection tubes and repair a minor leak. I would highly recommend this company and have used them twice already.

Very satisfied with the installation team of Michael and Leo. They were courteous and took the time to answer my questions. I had gone many years with Kenmore Water Heaters so I wanted to know a little about the Bradford Unit that was being installed. I think the inspection process could have been little smoother. I called the city to schedule an inspection date/time but found out that I had to get a permit which I assumed Red Hat had. After a few phone calls, I had the permit and the inspection was completed.
