I had JP Carpet clean my rugs several times but after awhile I decided to get rid of them and go with Laminate. I spoke to Peter and he said he could install the new flooring. Peter and his crew did an amazing job with the installation. Due to Peters perfectionism the floors look seemless and beautiful. He was able to take off my molding without breaking it and then put it back on when the floors were installed. I even had a hard time finding what I was looking for in the samples he brought to my house so he suggested that we meet at the supply house to see more options. He helped me every step of the way and I couldn't be happier that we chose JP Carpet.

My previous experience with steam cleaning was a much longer drying time than advertised. For this reason, I had been using a dry cleaning service for several years. When I purchased my current carpet, the manufacturer 's warranty indicated that only steam cleaning was acceptable to maintain the stain resistant feature.
I used this husband/wife team based on Yelp reviews. They were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. They did an excellent job on my light colored carpet. Thoroughly cleaned - and completely dry within 2 hours.

They did a good job of cleaning our carpets. I thought that whole job went on very well and they did a very thorough job. The owner was one of the workers and the people who worked with him were people who enjoyed each other's company. They did the cleaning for quite a long time. I thought that the owner was a good communicator as he delivered everything that he promised and a little bit more than that. They were very professional. They took a little longer than they originally thought but they did a thorough job. So that was definitely not an issue and actually it was a good thing.

I cannot describe the amazing work Peter does. Pictures saying a thousand words, I am disappointed I didn't take any so you could see first hand. So "far and above" what you would expect(or what I have experienced in the past) from other carpet cleaners. Peter met with me (on time!) for my initial, free inspection and actually spent time with me evaluating for floors. Before telling me he could get it clean, he actually cleaned a small area that looked to be some of the worst of the deep stains. On the initial inspection he said he could "save the carpet", I NEVER invisioned however the CLEAN carpet he left behind! I didn't even know there were carpet cleaners that could, or more importantly WOULD work up a sweat when cleaning a carpet. Peter certainly did! I think he is even more of a perfectionist than I am (and I didn't think that was possible!) My only regret is all the past carpet I have foolishly thrown away/replaced because of using less competent carpet cleaners before him! He even followed up with me to make sure none of the worst stains resurfaced! In 15 years managing properties that was a first! He is not the least expensive carpet cleaner out there. You know, the carpet cleaners who tell you that they will clean a mansion for $40, only to arrive and tell you the "stain treater" is $150. extra! He was however,surprisingly inexpensive, and VERY reasonable for the job he did. I am almost selfishly apprehensive to leave feedback here since all of the carpet cleaners I have used before them are SO FAR INFERIOR to Peter, and we have several buildings to clean/maintain. But I guess if my associate hadn't given me the referal I would still be left with dirty carpets, so it's only fair I share them with you!
