They were awesome. They arrived when they said they would and they did great work and after they were done I needed one more piece to the job added and they immediately came and did it. The end product is beautiful. They are awesome to work with, and I will certainly work with them again.

Great! Imperial worked on getting a customed made garage door for me back in 2022 and a few weeks ago there was an issue with the door not opening. Imperial was able to contact the manufacter of the logic board, which was the issue and gain the recall replacement item, Eddie the technician came out, replaced the logic board and serviced my door within a day of calling. I am very happy with the outcome.
