We just purchased a new home in Sherman Oaks and called Guardian to change the existing locks and install dead bolts. Gilli was so helpful in explaining the difference between high, medium and low security locks, helping us make the most cost effective decision. He arrived exactly on time and quickly completed the work. Overall, this was an extremely easy experience. I would recommend Guardian (and specifically Gilli) to anyone in the area in need of locksmith services.
The best part is the following day, the alarm company came out to provide an estimate. The first thing the consultant said was "Those are excellent locks..."

Exceedingly excellent. They were able to provide service within an hour and a half of my phone call. Gilli was great. Called to let me know approximate time of arrival and arrived promptly. Lock was difficult but got it changed and then made 2 specialty keys.
