ANDY'S VACUUM & SEWING CTR

This store is under new management and has a new name, Gary's Vacuum World. We had gone to this store for many years, but over the past several years the service quality had declined so severely that Yelp had many angry, hostile comments about the owner/manager. The new owners have been in place for about a month now.

In early October, there were two very positive reviews in Yelp about the new owners, so we took our Miele vacuum for repair. We are delighted with the quality of the repair. The cost of the repair was high, but they had to re-engineer some repairs made by the previous owner. The owner, Gary, has several other stores and has personnel who can repair European sewing machines as well. Justin, Gary's son, did our repair. He is very service and quality oriented. We were delighted to meet him and to know that once again we have a great place for vacuum supplies and repairs in our neighborhoos. 

If you have avoided this place because of the previous owner, by all means try them again. My husband and I are delighted with this new change!
