Initially I was skeptical as the owner, William, came highly recommended from close friends. I stand corrected. William exceeded every preconceived expectation I had every step of the way. First, his hands on open communication approach was a breath of fresh air. Whenever I had any questions or concerns about the project William was there to assure me and piece of mind. Second, the craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional. His crew consists of true professionals for every specific need of your project. Finally, William and Luvky Ranch Construction took a personal/family project and made it his own. They treated my property as if it were theirs and for that I can not thank them enough. *** I was out of town the day of completion, William took the initiative to contact my mother, sister, and daughter for the unveiling. He brought my mother to tears and is the only contractor I work with moving forward. Thank you my brother, I sincerely appreciate you and your team.
