Although Cindy had scheduled days and times with us on two occasions, Michael the plumber did not show up, nor did Cindy call to inform us that he would not be coming; I found out when I called her to ask where he was. Finally, on the 3rd scheduled time, he showed up. He installed the new plumbing and set the shower pan. However, later that evening we discovered  that the shower pan was wobbly. The next morning we called Cindy and asked that Michael return to fix the shower pan, which he did; however, I had requested that Cindy call me in advance of his arrival so that I could have my contractor here to make sure it was done correctly. She promised she would do so, but she did not. Fortunately, my contractor lives close by, and was able to get here to help Michael finish the job properly. The real problem began about 2 weeks later, when we noticed water leaking into the room below the bathroom. (Since it is in a downstairs guest room we had not been in the space to notice beforehand). The wall was wet and so was the ceiling in that downstairs room. We decided to remove a section of drywall behind the shower to inspect the new plumbing. The pipes that MIchael had installed had not been connected and water was leaking from a joint straight down the wall. We had to remove drywall from the wall and ceiling in the downstairs room due to the leakage. The drywall and insulation and studs were all sopping wet. We called Cindy to inform her. Michael came back to the house, saw and admitted his error, and fixed the plumbing. I showed him the damage to the downstairs room and asked him how he wanted to handle it. He said to get him some estimates. I had 2 repairmen come out and give estimates (for $475 and $550) to replace insulation and drywall and texture. I called Cindy to get her email to send the estimates and she assured me that they would schedule the repair job promptly. That took place on October 25th. Since that time Cindy and Michael have not returned my emails. Furthermore, they have blocked both my home phone number and my cell phone number from getting through to them (when I call from another phone, the call goes through with no problem). I think that behavior is beyond irresponsible and unprofessional; it is downright sleazy. I would strongly, strongly advice everyone NOT to use this untrustworthy, unreliable, dishonest company.
