I have enjoyed working with Steve, the owner, Greg, the service manager, and various well-trained and competent mechanics to keep both of my cars in good working order for over 300,000 miles each. They were initially recommended to me as experts in Hondas and have certainly proven to be so. Greg Lemmon has always been very responsive to my requests for scheduling service and explaining existing or potential problems requiring attention. I would certainly recommend them to any Honda owners seeking competent and reliable "regular" maintenance of their vehicles.

Masters is super trustworthy. They really know their cars, especially Hondas. I would definitely give them an A. Their quality is really good. I will definitely continue to use them.

They specialize in Hondas. Our experience was fair. We went in there because there was a knocking noise that we had been hearing in the back. It sounded like the muffler. In fact, a young Honda dealership technician drove it with me and he thought it was something with the muffler being loose. I can't remember why, but we took it to Masters and they said that it was our catalytic converter so we changed the catalytic converter only to find out that the noise is still there. It's still kind of knocking. We did have the knocking, but there was a ringing noise like a one-sound ring when we backed up the car and kind of made a left turn coming out of our driveway to go down the street. Something would swing and then make a clang when the car was cold. They gave a discount, but I had to ask for it. They are supposed to be really good in terms of what they do and they are supposed to have a good reputation. I would probably not use them again. I'm not even going to buy a Honda again. I may buy an American car or a Toyota, it depends.

I had a twelve year old car that I wasn't ready to let go of and Tom at the Masters advised me what was and was not worth doing, as well as how long I might go before major work would be needed. My car, Tercella, ran well until she was totaled in an accident in Dec 2006.
