"I am very sorry that you were unhappy with the service you received. My company did attempt to rectify the problem by sending a $169.00 refund from the $345.00 original invoice dated September 24th 2007. If you never received the estimate I apologize as well, my records indicate it was written up the same day that we were out there to work on the heating. We are a flat rate company, not an hourly company, both have their advantages and disadvantages. I am not sure if your review was of the right company, the dates, cost and facts do not match up.
