Winchester Auto Parts

I've shopped at Winchester several times, and the crew is always professional and helpful. The first time I tried them, I went in with a "check engine" light activated. They used their computer to diagnose, told me it was just a loose wire, fixed it, and didn't charge me. Most recently, my auto dealer wanted $42 and 2 1/2 hours to replace a headlight bulb. Just the bulb... not even the entire assembly. I went to Winchester instead. They sold me the bulb for $12 and installed it in two minutes for free. I also ordered a replacement lens for my turn signal. They said it wasn't in stock, but they'd call me in a few days when it arrived. Three hours later, they called and said it had just been delivered from another store. "That's amazing!" I said. The clerk replied, "Yeah. Sometimes we get really lucky."
My neighbors also love Winchester and would not shop anywhere else. I especially appreciate that I can go in as a female and not get the "rough tough macho" treatment. The staff really is helpful.
