Green By Design was a wealth of knowledge in helping me choose the most appropriate green materials for two custom vanities and for a very picky client. The price was right in there with other vendors and they were even able to save me some by locating a remnant. I've had trouble in the past with fabrication and installation of the materials, but their fabricator was fabulous. They coordinated every detail, stayed in touch and got the job done perfectly. Green By Design made sure they followed up and that the result was as promised. No surprises! It really helps that they know the products and are very familiar with the green building world (several employees are LEED APs). Lots of green building showrooms are popping up around the bay area, but this is the first one I've used that actually seems to "get" customer service and that I would be confident enough to use again.
