They were very quick and let me get on with the rest of the project without delay. They also provided good recommendations for people to do work that was beyond their scope.
Description of Work: Repair water damage on an area that appeared to be 1' x 1'. After starting damage proved to be more extensive, going ceiling to floor. They protected the area, established a negative air pressure area, removed the damaged material, treated the remaining material with anti-fungals and cleaned up. They do not repair the hole, you need to get a drywaller & painter to do that. They have recommendations for that.
