LOOK NO FURTHER!!! I've done all the research for you. Paradise Custom Pools is what you've been looking for. They are AMAZING!! Dominic and his team has done an EXCELLENT JOB remodeling our pool. My husband and I had an idea of what we were looking for in our "new" pool. Dominic came through and gave us some idea's we hadn't thought of. Our pool turned out so beautiful. Dominic came to our home for the estimate on the remodel. By the time he left, he gave me the full estimate in a beautiful notebook along with all kinds of brochures for tile etc. His estimate came in thousands less then the lowest estimate i received. Get this, we also able to get pebble tech instead of plaster with quartz with his estimate. We also went with Quartz around the pool for the coping, (Dominic's idea) which turned out so beautifully. It looks like flagstone but it's smooth to the touch and very smooth on you "bottom". Another wonderful thing is that Dominic is true to his word. He has superb customer service skills and his team is equally very hardworking, respectful, punctual, efficient and they leave the site clean and organized! Our pool was done in no time!

I checked in with several contractors, decided to go with Dominic and Paradise Custom Pools. During the estimate it was clear he not only knew what he was doing, but he was candid about what should and shouldn't be done, what was worth doing and what wasn't. I went with a pebble surface, the crew arrived on time, they listened to me about my questions and concerns, did a great job, and it was was completed on time. Dominic stopped by every day to help keep things moving, and to answer questions, and he was great with the followup work to bring to pool back online. Highly recommend.

Our pool needed re-plastering and after talking to Paradise and one other top rated company on Angie's list, we opted to go with a pebble finish. We went with Paradise as they gave a firm proposal on the spot and timeline that met our expectations. The other company was vague on when they could start the job and never responded with a proposal. We enjoyed working with Dominic and his entire crew. The job went a little longer than expected but that was due to several changes and add-ons that we made during the process. We were completely happy with the job Paradise did and their professionalism throughout.

Pool remodel contract started first week of March with Dominic. About 1-2 weeks between each stage. 5 stages total. Job finished May 1. ~8 weeks total. Don't think this is the standard but I maybe wrong. Did make change order which pushed job back a week or two. Job completed with 3 problems: 1. Filter will not show pressure on gauge 2. 11 pits in pebble tech. It was as though there were dime size rocks in plaster that came out. Dominic states it is cosmetic not structural. 3. Forgot to do the mastic around pool coping Resolutions: 1. Mastic completed May 9 2. Contacted Dominic June 20 about pitting in pebble tech 3. Contacted Dominic June 27 about filter gauge 4. 9 of 11 pits filled poorly around July 25 5. Sept 6 - Dominic visits to look at gauge. Says it's fine running at 1 psi with no change since job finish. Says he'll contact the vendor for warranty just in case. Says he'll have someone out to finish the last 2 pits that day. 6. Sept 20th - still no one to fix either the pitting nor the filter Miscellaneous Installed a fill line to the pool without request. Love that he did that but wasn't in agreement. Side note: Highly recommend getting a fill line. It is very convenient. Dominic constantly said he and his crew were very busy. Understandable, so I have been patient during the entire remodel. Never contacted before work crew arrived, ever. First day wife and I wake up to jack hammering in pool. Gave us a chuckle. Dominic never contacted me until he required payment after each stages. He did return texts. Returned phone calls next day if he even did return phone calls. Summary: Dominic quoted about the same as every other company. Chose them because of the reviews on yelp vs 2 other pool contractors. I looked into Gardner (I think the one Leslie's recommends) and one other I can't remember. Paradise pools has a mom and pop feel, which I thought would mean more face to face and hand holding (good cs). I was wrong. All in all Dominic is a good guy. I think he might be overwhelmed with the number of jobs. The other reviews may be correct about him, but he wasn't as good to me as the reviews made me believe.

From day one until completion I don't think I could have encountered more courteous, professional pool installers.
Every question I asked was answered and as I watched from within my home their meticulous attention to detail was second to none.
Each phase of my pool's construction was met with another crew of pool professionals that literally outdid the last.
Pleasant and eager to explain in detail what to expect, I was completely blown away with the final results of my pool!

This pool company was the only pool company that gave me a complete bid in a notebook with everything detailed on what would be done on the day of the inspection. I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. We will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you Paradise pools.

We moved in on a Monday and started pool renovation on Wednesday. These guys are a well-oiled machine... from demolition to installing mini pebble tech bottom and new tile, new pumps and filter.... Heavy work that requires superb team work... and Paradise Custom Pools shows everyone else how to do it. We could not be happier with our remodeled pool. We moved from LA and I NEVER had this kind of customer service there, not even from my favorite pool company. Dominic is a great communicator, got back to me in a timely way and was very straightforward about time and costs involved. Really a great company. I found the company on Angie's List and now I'm adding my applause.

We contracted Paradise Custom pools to refinish our pool. Dominic and his team were exceptional. The project was completed in 4 days, as promised, with no issues and in budget. No surprises. They were detail oriented, professional and kept the jobsite very clean, before and after. It was amazing to watch the crew apply the finish and how it transformed after each stage. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Paradise Custom Pools.

The price was very good, it was very competitive. They were on time and helpful. The only problem was that they didn't fully program it and they had to come back a few weeks later to reprogram it or fix some things on it. It was a little frustrating to have to have them come back but the guy came. They went out of their way to fix it.

They were great and wonderful. They did a great job. They gave us a good estimate of how long it would take and they completely handled everything. I didn't need to ask them for any pool cover, it was included. They just worked very professional and just great job. I was real happy with them.

I just finished a very significant pool / spa remodel with Dominic of Paradise Custom Pools. It's worth noting right up front that I received several bids for my pool work and Paradise Custom Pools was the most competitive. Overall, I am thrilled with the results. Dominic walked me through every step during the bidding process and we ultimately settled on a plan. During the course of the remodel, we made a few changes to things based on my preferences and his constructive feedback. Since a pool guy is really a pool team, I would add that all of the people who showed up and worked at my house were friendly and professional, and seemed to be very competent. What I really enjoyed seeing and experiencing was several of Dominic's team members thinking critically about my project as it was underway and making suggestions on how to maximize the quality of the design. That is, they didn't just show up and follow a script without thinking of the end result, but were rather clearly motivated by the end result at all times. Finally, the project finished on-time and on-budget, which is always appreciated, but rarely experienced with major remodels. Thanks Paradise Custom Pools; I am looking forward to the summer with my new backyard.

THIS COMPANY DID A TERRIFIC JOB. MY POOL LOOKS AMAZING. MY FAMILY IS ENJOYING THIS POOL AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. WE HAVE GOTTEN MANY COMPLIMENTS ON THE POOL AND IT JUST LOOKS BEAUTIFUL.

HE WAS VERY FAIR IN GIVING A BID. EACH PART OF WORK WAS BROKEN DOWN AND WE WERE GIVEN OPTIONS AS TO HOW MUCH OR HOW LITTLE WE WANTED DONE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AS SCHEDULED. ANYTHING THAT HE WAS UNSURE ABOUT THAT WE MIGHT WANT, HE CONTACTED ME 1ST AND DID NOT ASSUME ANYTHING. IT LOOKS GREAT.
