The whole process with All Pro Garage Doors was great. They sent out Cody to inspect the old door and give an estimate and then they sent Mike out to do the work. We had to wait a while for the door but that is a supply chain issue that All Pro Garage Doors doesn't control. The final result was worth the wait. Thanks Paul and team!!

I removed the tarp that was very very close to the sensor and all works normally again. No service call, just friendly advice over the phone. This saved me much aggravation as I am not at all handy with such things, and I didn't have to spend any money. I will definitely call All-Pro if I every have garage door problems in the future.

The two employees repaired the garage door opener motor, replaced the opener button on the wall and replaced the remote openers. They explained the problem, presented options, and worked efficiently. I was pleased with the results.

It went well. My only issue was that not all of the wiring was replaced, they instead spliced into existing wires which seemed lazy to me. Other than that, it was a good experience

"[Member Name Removed], I spoke with my technician. He informed me that the garage had a lot of stuff in the area where the wall button wire was to be mounted. This restricted us from getting a ladder in that area. He said you were on a meeting call in the house. He mentioned the issue to your father. Who was in the garage. He said it was ok to use the existing wires. Your father also went upstairs and mentioned it to you. Upon completion of the job you came into the garage and when it was pointed out to you about the wires "you said that's fine". We always swap out the wires if we have access to them. If the stuff wasn't in the way that part of the job would have been completed. We do appreciate you business. Thanks. Paul"

Price was reasonable for the service provided. The "B" ratings are for the attempted "upsell" on new rollers and other parts that would have cost about $700.00 more. Otherwise everything was EXCELLENT!

The service call went entirely well. The minor problem was fixed without even trying to upsell. Cleanup up of messy wiring from previous installation work was suggested for a nominal extra charge. This firm was recommended by my HOA, and other neighbors in the. complex have used this company too.
