First off, they answered the phone on a Saturday after just two rings. Jose was a professional phone operator and was able to get me seen today. He was kind, polite and funny. Jesse arrived and jumped right to work investigating my plumbing issue. Both men were true professionals. Polite, courteous and helpful. We are a family of 4 and recently relocated to Sebastopol, CA. Our sewage line was plugged after 1 day of moving into our rental property and again last night after taking a shower, our sewage line was backed up. How could we tell? We owned an older home in a former city and understood when your sinks go and quot;glub gluband quot; you better call the plumber! Our property managers called Rapid Rooter last night but after running into some communication challenges with their on-call plumber, we asked our property managers to call another service and thank goodness they did!
We received services this morning from Edward Roberts from Roto Rooter. He was very professional and did more work beyond what was expected. In comparison to the initial onsite services we received from Rapid Rooter a month ago, Edward and his team seemed to understand our problem more and opened a different clean out line in order to access the (plugged) main sewer line. This required digging a hole in the backyard vs just snaking out the sewage line from the roof (which obviously didn't solve the problem). Edward told us this would make it easier to feed the snake if any future problems arose as feeding the snake through our roof didn't work the first time. In comparison to the and quot;other guysand quot;, Edward was pleasant and had good people skills and also seemed to care for our well being considering we have children. We would recommend Edward from Roto Rooter if you have a plugged up sewer line!
